Got mine. Ordered June 4th. Window sticker 9/28, it arrived at dealer on 10/26. It sat at SHAP for a while but once it shipped it moved pretty quick, took 10-14 days. Something like that.

Thanks. I figured about 2-4 weeks. Just curious. I know there are a ton of variables that probably go into play here.

Ram told me 7-9 MORE weeks on a 8/13 order date. 92k MSRP (old rates)

I might just cancel if that’s the case. I’ll put too many miles in my 21 TRX to make the trade worth it.

The thing that bugs me about everything is: Zach said the Ram Rep told him that Ram is making sold orders first.

But I’m seeing lot orders being built and delivered to the dealer near me, the dealers on the Facebook forums etc with vins higher than even mine.

So clearly the Ram Rep is not being honest to the dealer.

I’m a no bullshit kind of guy. If I was a salesman and found out my rep had lied to me and made me lie to my clients (or anyone at that matter) I’d be pretty pissed,

At the very least if demand the truth even if it’s “we have no idea” and then I’d tell my clients.

Maybe it’s because I’m in California and there are a lot of raptor sales here (kind of like jeep rubicons) but there are quite a few Raptors on the lots and my friends that are in the aftermarket world who have ordered raptors (including the 37 inch package which started me down this path) have been getting their trucks.

If I had order a blue 37 sunroof that same weekend I decided to go with the trx… I would have had my truck almost 2 weeks ago… (kiss my ass Matt if you’re reading this from your new raptor.)
I was warned a huge number of months so I went trx. Apparently they are trying to scare people off the 37 package but it’s about 8-9 weeks from order to shipping. At least to Cali svt dealers.

It’s almost like the more gt350’s etc they had the quicker their trucks arrive.

Dealers know how to make every stock order appear as if it is a "sold" order. Sold v stock at the beginning of a production year is a distinction without a difference. I do think the dealers should be a bit more transparent with realistic wait times, especially when they almost 200 people lined up. The vast majority of us will be waiting a long long time. 40 trucks produced or in production for Sept, Oct, and Nov is awesome but even at that rate it's going to take more than 6 months from today to clear their orders. Discount is worth it, and some will get there trucks sooner, but most will be waiting a long long time.

That’s my biggest concern. If they stopped taking orders completely, it still would take 4+ months to finish orders. Obviously more orders will pile in. It’s basically putting your name in a hat with 150 others and hope to be one of the 20 or so to win. At this rate, I’d be lucky to even get a truck. I’ve been considering ordering at no discount with a local dealer who isn’t overflowing with orders and I know will pick my order up since they have the allocation room. I’m giving it another month to see how it plays out.

I’m not calling anyone a liar on that raptor order but that is definitely not the consensus… we had an allocation for a 37 package (verified by the zone rep and Ford Performance) was told it wouldn’t be built as a 21 due to commodity and then could possibly be pushed to an unforeseen amount of time into 22. We had an order in when the banks first opened in June.
I’m not saying the trx is an ideal scenario timeline but it’s a heck of allot better than the raptor launch has been.

This… the best I had found was $3k adm… which was cheaper than the trx adm at $5-15k

Although Utah dealer was 37k at msrp but I have not seen what his stock is now

I saw a 2021 TRX order sheet showing a 50-state emission as an option. My current 2022 TRX order sheet does not have that listed.

do you have the POC? it should say: 135 Zone 35-Washington & NAE California Emission. Even if it doesnt he can flash it for you
