DEAL $9000 off MSRP is back @ Granger Motors

Holy smokes, look at those 2XXs in D1. Not all stripped down builds either.

LMAO! Order from 2 days ago going into D1 status. Congrats! I can already taste the saltness in the air already from what is to come. Rightfully so I have to add though. If I was those ppl that has been waiting months for my truck to get build and see this, shit would be hitting the fan. Luckily, I am one of those bastards too that got built super fast.

Damn! Looks like I may be closer than I thought. Looks like a lot of VINs around mine.

only 1 truck is the tracking spreadsheet..the very old 2 trucks that have a shipping date are there but out of all new trucks that got in D1 only one is in the spreadsheet..take it as you wish and not sure if it means anything but i was expecting more tbh

I ordered in mid August from Granger. All these brand new orders going D1...what an incredibly terrible customer experience from RAM. @Zach@Granger, what can you do to advocate for all your early orders that are sitting there getting passed over for new orders? Seeing some creative effort to advocate for all of those in my shoes would be helpful. In Customer Experience corporate speak...right now my Net Promoter Score (NPS) score for RAM is 0/100

It’s not a perfect correlation, but looks like lots of the new orders that went into D1 are low MSRP cars.

Zach, do you by any chance know what parts or options are the limiting factor here?

Geez haven’t even taken delivery of my first RAM product and already thinking it may be my last….if it ever shows up. What a massive FU to their customers.

If you think this is bad you should check out the raptor orders….

I would guess it has to do with parts. I’m sure us that have to wait have a common option picked that is hard to get at this time. It would be nice if someone could compare them and figure out what it is.

I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. Ordered 10/20 and already in D1. Fully loaded build… very exciting but I feel for the people who have been waiting months.

As many of you have seen there has been a LARGE price increase on the TRX with the level 2 Equipment group (which is 95% of orders!) We have locked in our pricing for all our previous customers at the earlier pricing. But what about those who haven't ordered a TRX yet?

Starting on October 1st and new TRX order from us will be discounted $9000 OFF MSRP to help offset the price increase from Ram. This will NOT be applied to pre-increase orders as you are getting the benefit of the locked in price. Please email [email protected] to get a build quote started.

We are planning on ending this offer on November 30th. We appreciate the opportunity to be your TRX dealer and will continue to do our best to serve the RAM TRX community here on this website regardless of where you buy.

Thanks for the opportunity!

Zach

EDIT: because of the shut down of orders for half of October we are extending this offer through November 30th.
That's a great promotion... I have called the dealer to put down the order today, but apparently the person is off today... hopefully, we can that done first thing on Monday....

I don't get it... orders from Nov 11 going D1 from same dealer and still no luck (112491).

Happy for those that went D1 but this is crazy...

Thanks to Zach for keeping us updated but getting beyond frustrated with Ram - WTF?

I've given up on trying to figure out the why.

I don't know. I've asked them to give me some insight, but I haven't been able to pull anything concrete.
"A lot of our orders" might be overstating it a bit. Over 120 then sit in D correct?

So much much for order date and parts availability- absolutely astounding that May, June, July, August orders being bypassed.

So at what point do you say "over 120 of you will not get your trucks before March, and most of you will be even later."
I understand its not the lionshare, but 15 in a day is a pretty good chunk.

I've contacted the Ram rep of mine for guidance. He's a straight shooter, but I don't think they give him a lot of insight into it.

From my understanding the line of communication from supply chain to the rep side isn't the most open.

Would there ever be a point where you stop taking orders to allow these older orders to get picked up?

Have you all received any new TRXs lately? Saw a pic a few weeks ago with 4-5 of them that arrived but nothing since. Figured you’d have a steady line of them rolling in.

It would be funny if your and mine were on the same truck. My est. date is 15th through the 29th, which kind lines out with you ship dates.
