I'm a 764657, ordered on March 26, 2021 and finally got my Window Sticker yesterday June 24, 2021. 3 months to get there! Still not sure when I will actually get my truck? But it looks like a lot of other 764"s ordered earlier then me. Curious, how many of you already have your trucks? or are some of you still waiting?

Stillwaiting. Haven’t gotten my window sticker yet. Built 6/14, ordered 3/18.

Ordered 3/1, got my truck Wednesday (6/23).

OMG

I didn’t make it onto the train yet and my truck was in the flooded holding yard. It was going to hit the rails today.

RAM customer care as well as the dealership doesn’t yet know if my truck was one of the casualties. They did tell me 25 are total losses.

the flood waters are just receding.

It was at this moment that still being in D status was reassuring. I hope that your truck was not affected and they rapidly communicate the status to you.

What flood are you guys talking about? My truck got a Window Sticker last Thursday June 24, 2021. It should be ready to ship this week? I'm trying to find out? Where was the Flood and how can I find out if my truck was there? 25 trucks are totaled? That really sucks!

Flooding at Stellantis

I see where there's major flooding at the Jefferson Stellantis plant where Grand Cherokees and Durangos are assembled - many new vehicles sitting on the property have flood waters within inches of the tops of the vehicles! Yikes! So far the plant where the TRXs are assembled seems to be OK...

It’s not at SHAP but it effects a lot of the storage yards / locations some of the trucks come through.

shit... mine was waiting for shipping and they wont give an ETA.... with my luck im one of the unlucky 25... ehhh wonder how they will notify ordered units

Your dealer will have a good idea of what location your truck is. It’ll show on their screen the last entry / exit aka movement of the truck.

They told me the same, 25 vehicles down. Sterling Heights is 40 minutes away fron the Jefferson plant. Also Jefferson is right by the river. I think tje flooding was mainly affecting Jeep Grand Cherokee’s.
Ordered 3/23
Built 6/4, no window sticker, no info just J status and wait.
I really wish I could understand how their process works. Some ordered later and have their truck. It would seem still me were built side by side or, one afyer the other. One shipped or got a sticker, one did not.
And when you ask status, oh we don’t have that information available but congratulations on your new truck.

Mine is probably at the bottom of Lake Michigan. To me this is a sign…. If there is a single delay related to this act of God…

Im pulling the plug and I’ll wait to see what Rivian looks like when it’s produced.

I landed in Kz status or… maybe in storage. I can’t tell but the messaging changed to clear for shipping but no arrangements have been made yet

Ask them for a location update. I was in the same status last week, and then location changed to Toledo Thursday morning. Next thing I know I pass it on the car carrier later that morning (I live 2 hours from Toledo staging yard). Bottom line is it all happened quickly and it seemed all the updates were 48 hours behind. Just like knightmare says in his video, must tracking updates don’t happen until Wed-Fri

Has everyone here got a window sticker, been shipped or taken delivery?
A month minus 2 days my TRX is still in inspection, J status. Ordered 3/23, built 6/4.
I contacted FCA chat today and got yhe same “congratulations on purchasing your RAM 1500 TRX, blah blah.
Trying to be patient but when I look at the tracker it is showing everyone built on 6/4 as KZ.
How did I get left behind? My only complaint is they won’t be straight with you on updates.
frustrating. I’m still the customer right?

I ordered 3/19 and took delivery 6/24. I live in Ohio though—close to shipping point.
