I hope they run out of black paint!
As TribleB reminded me after my comment, we will need (duh!
) some black paint for the two tone builds, so we can't wish for a complete emptying of the cans yet!
Let’s hope they don’t run completely out black, since every other color is two tone and needs black as well

So in about two weeks or since the new year, we have only seen five build sheets for trucks with two tone paint, three of which were LE. I am guessing there is a problem with the two tone process, but just my current guess. If you ordered Black, you are looking pretty good right now.
My Granite TRX was status F (Paint) back on 12/22 and I do not have a status update since. I will reach out again to my dealer today and see if he has any new insight.

Do we have an idea of how many will be built? I'm stuck in C status as a dealer order. Trying to judge how long my wait will be. My silver lining is I ordered a black.

VIN's have jumped into the 4700's. I assume they started issue vin's for other countries to make a thousand VIN jump in 1 month.

I ordered 8/18. Order officially went in at 12:30 which was half an hour after ordering books opened. People who ordered as late as this month have gotten VINs lower then me. I had cancelled my order but the dealer hung onto it because they wanted to get me the truck.

They can just not paint my truck. I will take it unpainted. Just give me a truck lol.
I would gladly take my billet silver without the silly bottom black paint.
Jessica, if you haven't checked recently, might check again. I was C status Dealer Order too. Checked this morning and they said no VIN last week when the looked, but had it today when they pulled it up. Seems like a lot have been generated in the last 4 or 5 days.
Not according to my order sheet. I show a $250 charge for 2 tone paint. I wasn't aware anywhere to request or delete this when I built the truck, which sucks. I would have deleted the 2 tone and went with entire hydro blue. Oops, wait,,, if I had it to do over I would have went with black and my trx would be built by now. Lol

I reverified today that black is the only single tone option available for the TRX per ramtrucks build your own option.
