Not that I am aware of, nor my dealer. This is one of three issues I’ve had with mine for the year I have owned it and there is no fix in sight for any of the problems. Have to admit at this point it feels like Ram doesn’t care and isn’t going to resolve the issues.
@RamCaresRamcares only care about potential customers who are considering spending a lot of money on a car, if they go for RAM they become more uninteresting. I have had a very bad experience with RAM customer service in the US and also with the importer of RAM cars into the EU, AEC Europe, regarding 37" tires. They both brushed me off as if I was asking them for change for food on the street... The rules are much more strict here. stricter than in the USA and that's why we can't put anything else on the car other than what's in the technical license. Since the RAM TRX (the strongest, best Offroad car in the world and other blah, blah blah) has only one size of rims - R18 and only one tire size of 325 - officially allowed /65/R18, so of course we have no other option to put anything else on the car in order not to lose the insurance or risk a big fine from the Police. Every old VW Golf, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Land Rover and other cars have in their technical shows 5-10 different types of wheels and tires (some even with a note that they can only be used up to a certain speed, or only after adjusting the height), but the "powerful" TRX is like a naked child with a roll in his hand in the middle of the street ... a shame !
