2020 TRX Build Tracker

I also wondered why I don't get emails. I've seen a few posts on the site from users that did, but seemed like a lot of the folks that ordered super early (like August 2020). I've also gone on the FCA community chat several times (https://fcacommunity.force.com/RAM) and they also claim they'll send email updates, but none received to date. And yes, I checked the junk/spam/focus folder(s).

I never received an email from FCA during more than 6 months. I also chatted with them a dozen of times

I went to my dealer today, the Sales Manager told me the last guy that ordered one got email updates. He said he is going to inquire why I am not....so we shall see. I also gave him a link to this forum and sent him the defects checklist. He was in the dark on that stuff.

KnightMare, just watched your video of the truxedo install. I noticed you hitting the TRX button 4x to switch to your Custom setup. It should only take two presses of that button. But, if you hit the right arrow button beneath that once, it goes straight to your custom setup, without changing your 12" display. Thought you'd like to know.

Pumped up, and I say that as a former multiple Trackhawk owner

Months if waiting lol....at least you know it has to be built by mid July, thats when they start 2022 models! Im hoping to see mine by July/Aug

I am a seasoned factory order vet now. 20' Hawk only took 6 weeks to come in in late 2019 but the 21 2500 I factory ordered back in October took almost 4 months to arrive so I literally just went through this a few months ago

I think this will go faster, production seems to be really ramping up now and the switch in 3 months is a nice backstop.

I also have a 764 (#764267)...and I sure hope that means I'm getting it very soon

My dealer informed me my truck is in D status. Yay!

Ordered mine on 4/7/21, VIN on 4/16/21, D status.

Made sure to place my order with none of the options that were causing delayed. Best guess on how soon this guy takes to get built?

Most likely July/Aug. I stopped in at my dealer and according to their rep the only shortages are the microchips which are suppose to arrive this week or next. 2022 production begins in late July so trucks should be finished by July but possibly not shipped yet or in route.
