I know that this negatively effects those who have yet to order and also those without price protection.. but the good side is, if they keep doing this it will be how the Nissan GTR is. Every year they just kept upping the price and now someone with a 15 year old gtr can get darn near sticker price since the new ones have almost doubled in price if they already haven’t.
I realize that this exact scenario is not likely to happen but a guy can dream !!

With the increase, what is the new base price? Website shows $78,790. Mine was $77,780 when I ordered my replacement in February.

This is good news for current owners and a "measly" $1100 for anyone considering this beast won't stop them is a guess. Everything is going up unfortunately at this time.

That's insane that in 1 model year the base price went from 69k to 80k. Effectively an 11k Additional Manufacture Markup. I can understand 5k but this is obviously a money grab and it's only going to get worse since Ram announced the 6.2 is staying in it until 2024.

Sorry to hear that, maybe reach out to your dealer via email (so you have it in writing) for clarification and let him know many other dealers are offering price protection from date of POC.

I ordered through Koons and in addition to their $10K off MSRP at time of order I was also price protected...this saved me an additional $4K.

No, current base price is $80,685 as was posted earlier by another member. Check build and price, mine showing $80,685 is correct.

You have to click the little i next to the $80,685 to see it includes a $1795 destination and $100 paint option. Base is $78,790.

The high option 22 Ram 3500 HO Laramie I ordered from Koons Feb 1st has gone up 4 grand too. Looks like everything is following the fuel prices. FJB
