First 2023 TRX has ARRIVED

Here is the Digital Instrument Cluster. I really like it.
Props to @Miles Goff for updating the TRX community.
Side note - is it common for the low-fuel light to come on with 52 miles still left in the tank? My TRX still has 7 gallons in it @ 52 miles left.
(Kidding. Well, kinda) :)

Generally around a 1/8th of a tank. So depending on MPG it is possible lol

It seems to me that since it is digital, why the heck didn't they just run that speedometer up to 160 to take up the entire space? And yeah I know it's not something the truck can do, but it would have looked a heck of a lot better...

Reminds me of the 81 Corvette, that had a speedometer that topped out at 85!

So what happens (or what should happen) in this situation where a new truck has parts stolen?

Obviously it looks fixable, but I personally would have mixed feelings about it. Does the purchaser even know about this? Or does it get chalked up to a Pre-Delivery Inspection issue?

Genuinely Curious.

The customer is 100% aware of it. Was one of the first things I did was call and tell him.

Can’t be a fun call to make.

Can we ask what options were made available to him? Does Ram have any input into what happens, or is it all on the dealer?

I agree ... that probably wasn't a fun call. So Miles should be able to conduct fun calls like telling me my truck has shipped since I have a 3 Jan Delivery date ;)

Should be a direct replacement and easy fix. I highly doubt the customer will wait for another build unless there's more damage we don't know about. Center unit gets removed all the time so I wouldn't sweat it

Edit: Looks like AC vents damaged as well

Is it just me, or does that left side vent gasket look like it was crushed in when the center stack was originally installed? It doesn't look like "yanked out" damage. It looks like "pushed in" damage.

who the hell steals something and puts the screws back .. seems really weird if it was truly stolen
Deff an inside job by the transportation company. Was the truck left unlocked too lol

Whoever stole it was way too comfortable to sit there and unplug every connector instead of cutting the harness and put the screws back on for the owner lmaoo
