Wind noise whistle above 75mph

UPDATE AND RESOLVED:

So I finally got my truck back after over 6 weeks with the dealer. Quick recap, they first checked the HUD and A-pillar, then replaced the windshield. After removing the dash and using compressed air through the firewall they were able to verify air was coming through around the HVAC and cabin filter. They resealed both areas and boom, problem solved. Cabin is silent now

Thank you for coming back on here and giving a solid update. What was the reason for such a long repair? Just narrowing it down and diagnosing. Hoping the repair itself doesn’t take very long. My biggest issue is finding a dealer around my area I trust to tear in to it! Glad it’s resolved for ya man!

Yea it took a while because they had to follow what RAM was recommending they check. The actual dash work took less then a week once they got the sealant kit parts from RAM. Tbh after they checked the hud and replaced windshield, I began to doubt it would be resolved at all. But my dealer Fremont CDJR did a great job.

Damn, I've got a whistle/whine above 70-75 or so coming from the drivers side. @E36luva which side was your noise coming from?

So I thought it was coming from passenger side and initially the techs thought it was coming from driver side. It actually was coming from middle (hvac) and passenger side (cabin filter). I think its generally hard to tell what side since the cabin is so big

I've got a high pitched whistle that corresponds directly to the wind noise on my truck that I can't figure out. Doesn't seem to be coming from the doors. Maybe the dash? The windshield? Anyone else have this problem?
Over 5 weeks truck being At two different dealers. Both performed the TSB for the leaky air box. I was told by Deland Ram the windshield was leaking but never replaced. The told it was the cowl but never replaced. Then the TSB for leaking air box and left the connection for the air door disconnected that caused another noise. Five weeks truck back and still have the whistle. Chrysler customer retention is useless. Noise till there which is why I’m here. Good luck everyone.

I am getting told to go to a third dealer over 30 miles away. Such bs.

Sorry you got to go through this man. But I am proof, that if the dealer is competent, they can find and fix the issue. Good luck with dealer #3 🤦🏽‍♂️

I had my windshield replaced under warranty. Took two attempts for approval but it was finally done. My high pitch squeal/wind noise by the passenger side A pillar is now gone. It occurred at 70+. Although I have a faint wind noise now from the cowl and dash area. Goes away for a second when switching between recirculating and fresh air. Hopefully will get that addressed soon but much better than the high pitch high frequency air leak I had before.
