Agreed on the technology advancements in cars.
What would be the reason for housing though? Relatively speaking you can have a house from the mid 70’s go for sale with little to no updates. More or less make sure wiring is up to code, maybe windows things like that. In some cash buying cases older homes are being sold with no updates whatsoever. If anything houses built back in the day are more structurally sound and solid than allot of these new builds. Housing has gone up the same way that the price of college has gone up, at an exponential rate.

After mine was stolen it sustained cosmetic damage all over that would make me want to sell any other vehicle.

Instead I am just slowly getting it fixed up after having Compustar installed last Saturday.

Like any other collectible vehicle, low miles well maintain, no accidents will hold value the rest will fluctuate with the market, like I said before I'm not planning to make mine a collectible, I will drive it until there's no parts available and Kim Kardashian becomes president of the USA and banned guns, ICE vehicles and people who identify with a biological sex only. FWIW I agree with 2papi, my truck will not be sold, traded or the like. I will drive this mother F'er until there is no replacement parts to be had. Mileage is of no importance. Not driving these things to keep mileage down is like not F'ing your girlfriend to keep it tighter for the next guy, come on man!! This is the apex of gnarly trucks and I'm proud to be a part of it!! EV's can kiss my ass until I'm LITERALLY forced to drive one cause there's nothing left.
