What was your trucks fuel mileage before the TRX?

Ok I have been doing better......

My first 4WD was a Ford (oh no!) Van (Pathfinder did the 4WD) and it got about 6 mpg with it's carburetor on the 460! (and a bit of a heavy foot). That was in 1980 when gas was a lot cheaper - but then so were wages so all things being equal...
My current DP got 8.5 mpg a week ago coming down I-5 from No Cal with a strong tailwind - better than its usual 7 and a little more.
While I could get 21 mpg in my SRTs with a little conservative driving - yet still reaching speeds of 100 mph. The Hellcats - I intentionally never paid attention and don't intend to with the TRX either - always amazes me when people I know who have coaches that cost many hundreds of thousands grouse about fuel mileage - let's not be those people. If you can't afford to play, get a Prius... (now that was mean, wasn't it)

I know the feeling! I got 11+ MPG during break-in. Now I’m lucky to break 9... not because of the engine so much as I just love mashing the pedal so much, especially in Sport! It is funny each time I fill up, I get a little excited if I beat my previous MPG by even 0.1! 😂

This thing is just such a blast to drive.

Getting 8.9 mpg in my SRT10 right now, because my driving is now just around town and that's basically it, the TRX should be an improvement LOL

The SRT10 is funky though. I'll get 8 around town, then 15 on the highway lol. My Raptor was like 12 around town and 14 highway.

Any long trips, we just use the Tesla and it's pennies on the dollar by comparison.

Mostly 13mpg on daily commute short distance in town with 3.6L 1500... On freeway I will get as high as 16.5.
