There's an easy fix for that.Hit the speed limiter
I have three questions:Airbags are in. The GTHaus exhaust had to be modified in order to fit the bag on the passanger side. From my understanding, stock exhausts don't need any modification.
1. Affirm. I also have a 54 gallon tank so they also help with the driver side lean with a full tank.I have three questions:
1. I assume you added the airbags for higher loads?
2. Did it increase the truck’s height?
3. How is the ride quality—smoother or harsher?
With the mods I have I can definately confirm the ride is harder/firmer over stock though. Less 'squishy' over bumps.1. Affirm. I also have a 54 gallon tank so they also help with the driver side lean with a full tank.
2. With an empty payload I leave them at 5psi. So there might be some height but its negligable. If i crank it up I can definately add some height though.
3. Tough question to answer. Are we talking about stock? I have not been stock for a long time. I originally had the hellwig sway bar. Then I went to eibach springs with hellwig. Once i installed the bags the hellwig had to go. Currently the ride is very similar to when I just had the eibach and hellwig on the medium setting. Turns are good. I would say I feel the lean in prolonged turns a little more without the hellwig at 5psi. Its hard to tell though
Snowbaruu whose air bags are they? I had some a few years ago and felt they limited the travel and made the truck feel like I lost so,e travel over bumps. Do you have any of that feeling? I’d love to have air bags but with the ones I had I didn’t like the way it made the truck feel. But mine were one single bag where yours look like a few doughnuts. I was running the Timber Grove set up.1. Affirm. I also have a 54 gallon tank so they also help with the driver side lean with a full tank.

They are Boss air bags. They're an Aussie company. I had them shipped with my fuel tank. I'm not sure if they have a USA location. As far as travel I don't do crazy off roading. For pavement it's less squishy. Less bouncing after hitting a pot hole or speed bump, which i prefer. My ride is already firmer with the eibach springs though. I cant remember what stock suspension felt like. The bags and eibach springs with the added weight of my fuel tank feel very similar to eibach with hellwig and stock tank.Snowbaruu whose air bags are they?
