What did you do to your TRX today?

Added Billet catch can today and installed a new front bumper close out trim piece (passenger side). The dealership was kind enough the gouge and scratch the original panel and I didn’t notice it at delivery. The marring really showed in the sun.

Since I don’t like taking my vehicles to the dealership for anything, I decided to order a new trim panel and install it myself. Just had to remove the marker light and parking sensor from the old piece and install in the new one. A few other screws and it’s mostly plug and play. Took about an hour.

I saw a few threads of folks looking for the part number. The RH side is 68518516AA. The LH is 68518517AA.

So I was sitting in this 3rd story apartment with the balcony open listening to traffic. I don’t live in a city so the vehicle noises above this busy intersection really caught my attention. I heard it approaching, a low growl, growing louder as it approached. The sound stood out from all the traffic, even the mustangs and others that would occasionally come through.

It stopped at the light, I could feel it lurching forward, I felt like I was in my own truck. It wants to go and it’s not patient, right? The light turned and air was full of this powerful roar and whine, a guteral feeling as it took off.

I got up to see a lunar addition moving into the night. This beautiful truck creates a moment wherever it goes.

I had the Intercooler pump replaced, followed by the Supercharger, and then the brix in the new Supercharger had to replaced as well in a span of a few months. After all that was taken care of, I decided to trade my 21' Level 1 Hydro Blue (40k miles) for a 22' Level 2 (13k Miles).

First thing I did was take it to my local Ram dealership to confirm that it had not been tuned or altered in any way that would compromise the warranty after the horror stories i've read on here before signing off on the new(ish) one. It does have an S&B Intake and muffler delete, but everything checked out. I had my wheel and tire set up as well as my Ram Bar transferred over which makes a big difference IMO. Current set rubs a bit at full lock at stock height, but look to install Eibach springs in the future. I was content with the level 1 package, but the level 2 is certainly worth it - specifically the HUD.

Swapped out the rear bumper.

Tuck looks amazing!! What kind of wheels and tires are those? How much extra weight was added with them?

The Fuel wheels weigh 36lbs + Ridge Grapplers are 89lbs = 125lbs. The OEM beadlocks are 42lbs + OEM Goodyear tires are 62lbs = 104lbs. The standard OEM TRX wheels are 32lbs.
