Well, it finally happened to me…

No it has different setting and has never alerted for animals. Each outside camera has a detection zone, interior as well but those are set to record 24/7 plus save detection events but don’t have those alerts on unless we have the alarm set to away. Nice setup for what it is. Sensors on every window and all 3 entry doors. With a firearm, currency, ect collections I have it was a no brainer. Shit, I have a 55 gallon drum full of copper pennies, suckers are worth some dough!!! 🤣🤣(old pic, its full plus some, used to make tables with the zinc ones, was bored 🤷‍♂️)
Holy crap that is a lot of pennies. I wonder how much that drum weighs... Where in the world did you get that many pennies?

When I got back from Iraq in 2006 my guys were all messed up, drugs, alcohol, have had 7 check out early so far. I decided to do things that occupied my mind. Drag racing, learning stuff like making black powder, soap ect ect. One of them was woodworking and making neat tables.
I would have my 2 banks get fed boxes of pennies and cut them open, hand sort all the zinc and copper pennies and then keep the copper ones. They are currently worth over 3x face value and then make tables out of the zinc ones. Rinse and repeat. I have about $3400+ in copper pennies and then other coins/money from about 100+ other countries (part of the keeping my mind busy)

But to answer your question it takes about $1.45 in copper pennies to make a pound. So I have roughly 2350lbs of copper pennies.
I found all kinds of cool stuff in penny rolls too 🤣

Man, I wish I would’ve woken up. My dog, who would normally bark if someone farted in the street in front of our house, decided to take the night off haha. I’m not saying I would’ve shot him, but I damn sure would’ve put a few in the dirt by his feet 😂😂
Maybe on the way to jail, the cops explained to him what could have happen. ;)

First and foremost, thank you for your service. No one is moving that barrel anytime soon! Very cool info on the pennies. Lots of interesting facts about currency.

The best part is they caught that piece of shit and locked his ass up.

They'll lock him up for about a week.

Only way to deter/stop crime is with stiffer penalties.

But as a society as a whole, we don't want stiffer penalties. How do I know this? We don't have them. It's mostly liberals that don't want stiff penalties. We all know why.

Imagine if, under certain evidence criteria, you got put in jail for 50 years minimum for auto theft/attempt. Or in some cases, you were put to death instantly after your court hearing (with proper evidence criteria)

I guarantee auto theft would take a drastic slow down for one of two reasons:

1. The severity of the penalty would deter some.
2. There'd be less repeat offenders in the free/alive population.

My condolensces. Made a donation in his name. Looks like a good organization and a worthy cause:

speaking of buying rolls of coins, i used to buy rolls of quarters from the bank all the time, and one time i found a couple of $1 coins. I went to the bank and told them and they were like, we buy them in bulk we don't care....lol

I used to buy $1,000 at a time years ago just to look for silver. Made a few bucks 😂

Well, attempt #2 happened this past week. On a Sunday night….IGLA prevented theft…..but it was Compustart/Drone that really did the job before this POS could get in. Alarm went off as soon as he broke the window and scared him off.
This guy KNEW there was active video surveillance cameras all around my truck where I park and he did it anyway. Security video caught him, his license plate etc. Hopefully the police will roll this guy up. Getting the rear power window fixed was interested. Dealer wants $1620 to replace/fix. Thanks again to Compustar/Drone and IGLA. Absolute must haves.

Unless you're having your insurance cover the window, you can buy the rear window yourself and have an auto glass company install it much cheaper. The dealer will most likely farm out the window to a glass installer anyway.
