RAM-TRX.com Legend We Lost Bambi Yesterday

Thanks to everyone's posts. Please keep sharing your thoughts on Josh, it's a good reminder of how many lives he impacted. I've been sharing them with family. Out of respect and for privacy, I'm not going to discuss the cause of his death.

Horrible to hear he is no longer with us. I first talked with him on FRF and how he was ripping on us Raptor owners and him pushing the TRX. Really a great guy! I wish your family the best and can get through this trying time now.

I totally understand that you may not want to share this, but how did he pass?

Really hoping this is his greatest troll yet..

If not, so sorry for your loss.

Thanks for the middle of the night laughs that prob woke my wife. The sharp mind behind the keyboard was evident in his quick and funny posts. I especially liked his dating app texts and screenshots, although some of those women might not have.

All,

You don't know me, but I am Bambi's brother-in-law. Yesterday, Bambi, the Stripper Hunter, died.

Bambi spent a lot of his time here and loved his Ram TRX, as you all no doubt know. You also know that he lived an outsized life and spared no one from a good ribbing. We lost him far too early. But he really did live his life according to the quote in his forum profile: “Only those are fit to live who are not afraid to die.”

If you have any memorable stories of Bambi, from a solid burn to a Raptor owner, which I am, or anything that tells the world just how unique Josh was, please message me. It will bring a smile.

Thanks,
Bambi's Brother
I am so sorry for your loss. I am not one to make internet friends but Bambi was special. He drew many of us in by saying what needed to be said.

Can you let us know the cause of death or point us to an obituary when one is published. Will help with closure.

Thank you for taking the time to join and post
Robert

Yeah, missed that. Thanks!

Well said

Perhaps there were well hidden Demons behind the banter and bravado. I truly wish Bambi and his family peace and understanding. I have no words that seem adequate.

Well this sucks. Rip

This has been a truly shit year. Lost some friends this year. It blows

I am at a complete loss of words. This is awful. He left an impact everywhere and on everyone, especially this forum. My heart breaks for his family. Sending my deepest condolences. Bambi/Josh brought smiles and laughs to so many on a daily basis. Going to miss him.

Wow, I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I only knew Josh (Bambi) through the forum, but we had several private conversations and he was always informative, funny, and a great guy to "hang out" with. My deepest condolences to your family.

Damn… well… dang.

I believe when we chatted he said he was up in Oregon. @Bambi's Brother if there is a service and anyone is local or able to make it, let us know.

It’s not that life is short it’s just that you are dead for so long…
I’m not too far away in Washington state and would attend as well….

I didn't realize he was so young. What was he in his 30's? The picture of him showed not 1 gray in his beard.

Wow, I only interacted with hm a few times here. I'm only looking at electrons on a screen, but I feel so sad. My deepest condolences to his family.

Will never forget Bambi or over on the FRF bambikiller. Left a large mark on this community.

All day long I've been waiting for Bambi to jump out of the bushes and say "Gotcha!", but I guess it's not going to happen.

On Sunday morning, I logged in to see that Bambi had put (the smiley face with hearts over the eyes) on one of my posts (something about using the Ram-TRX mug to drink the blood of my enemies). My first thought was, "Cool. I guess Bambi liked that." He was quite a character, and this forum just won't be the same without him. I would imagine that the same could be said about his real life. He was an outsized personality to be sure, and I'll miss seeing his posts.
