KnightMare this is great work. In my old days as a plant manager these results would get me fired if I did not fix immediately. This is not close to SixSigma in any way. Hopefully when they build my truck MN904532 these are not issues or I will make their life miserable.

Please lord let me be in the 80% who were lucky enough not to have drunk union members build their truck!!!!!

As an ex plant leader I would not blame the union members. Leadership is usually 99% to blame.

I am wondering how long it will be before the dreaded rear sliding window cracks around the frame causing water to intrude when it rains. This was an issue on the 1500s supposedly, RAM switched suppliers in early 2020, but it sounds like the new rear window surround is cracking as well.....

There is a YouTube video of a 2020 ram 1500 with the dreaded cracked window frame issue that is leaking water when it rains I could have sworn this issue was corrected when ram switched suppliers of these rear window assemblies back in the fall of 2020?

Happy F’n Sunday boys! My TRX is celebrating by throwing a MF check engine light. Error message says “P219B Air-Fuel Right Bank Ratio Imbalance”. This now accompanies the excessive rumble/vibration that happens around 1600-1900 RPM. Emailed my local dealer, taking it in first thing tomorrow morning. Truck still runs fine , no leaks or anything that I can see. Also emailed @RamCares

FCA dealer replaced rear slider in my 2019 1500 Longhorn. But, it wasn’t the window leaking. It was the screws holding the third brake light assembly that were not tightened.

2022 ram trx bought it July 2022.
Coolant low issue
Squeaky transmission
Clunking transmission
Clunking suspension
Information center no sound
Information center resets randomly
Remote start failed 3 time
Dealership said it’s operating as design
5 times at a dealership
Suspension bolt loose was advised by 2 dealership it’s not covered and that I have to bring to body shop and have it fix and or make a claim on my own insurance to have it fix.
Coolant level brought to dealership 5 time was told it’s operating as designed, they even top the coolant off 3 times.
Transmission noise was told by service manager that they don’t hear the squealing noise when put into drive.
Clunking noise and feel is normal is what they say.
Daily driving truck never been off road.

Hope the list shows trouble like mine!

By any chance does your coolant temp go up when at idle? I noticed my coolant levels are low like yours and when im sitting around at a drive thru for example my coolant temp start to go up. I just noticed it this weekend so i havent had a chance to take to dealer.

Mine has gone up a couple of times into the upper 220s range. Both times I was waiting in a drive thru line and both times it dropped back down quickly. Based on other posts I have seen I think this is pretty normal. My coolant is at the proper level.

Yes my coolant levels go up on idle.
Max was 217 at a drive through as well
Driving around the temp is at 203

The dealership mechanic told me he needs the check engine light to go on before they can do anything. The dealership has topped my coolant off 3 times already. The forth time I brought it in for the coolant the didn’t even top it off and said let’s see what happens.

Wow thats ridiculous. So pretty much “lets see if your engine gets damaged and then we might look into it”
Mine does the exact same thing, at 203 while driving and goes up as soon as im at a stop idling. Ive seen it go up 219

My temps are the same!
The dealership service advisor said here is a number to call. Good luck!
That’s the way Ram-care is. So if you buy A Ram Trx. They will not fix anything you bring up unless it breaks or shows significant damage. However the suspension bolt moves when accelerating on my truck, they will not warranty the damage. The truck never been off road. I’ll show off my truck suspension here is a picture.
