I lost the battle...wife Wanted the Wrangler over the LX600. ...I just made sure to order the "right one" with the 392...
The Anvil color looks great...

however....our's now is customized with the Smokey and the Bandit upgraded decal . I think it added like 1200 HP and 2 G cornering power...(Not confirmed)

Was that 85,000 on a trade or did the dealership just give you the 85,000 for it?

They gave me 85 for it, no trade. The circumstances were unique with the fleet purchasing relationship. Without that, I don't think I would have even been able to get 80 for it without going through the hassle of a private sale.

Interesting as I’m quite the opposite. I can’t see myself ever getting rid of the TRX but the 392 Wrangler could go as soon as I figure out a suitable replacement.
I agree wholeheartedly. I have had 2 TRXs. 2022 and 2023 (traded last fall). Love them- still enjoy every time I get the 2023 out. Last September I bought an ordered 2024 392 at the wife’s request. Great vehicle. Great engine. I liked it. Didn’t rock crawl or off-road in full transparency. It just didn’t do it for me. Road manners were decent but it still wandered. I just traded it for a new Bronco Raptor straight up. So so happy I did. The Braptor is slower and doesn’t sound as good but everything else is better. A pleasure to drive and very comfortable.

I got rid of my TRX...SO I Could Buy ANOTHER ONE!

Enjoy the R-remove H-Hellcat O-option... Wow...that is all I can muster up right now...

I almost pulled the trigger on the braptor a few weeks ago. I got offered like 8,500 off or something. Unbelievably though they are still dealing with the cam phaser issue. Now I’m looking at the 392 again just because I trust the motor more.

Yeah, I considered the Braptor too but didn’t want to deal with the cam issues. Under 60 mph, the 392 Wrangler is quite nice but we don’t go that slow in Texas, amiright? I’ll probably shelve it and replace another car with a Blackwing in the future, but the TRX is king of the garage right now and a keeper.

You’ve got some great taste! I had a CT5V Blackwing and absolutely loved it. You won’t be disappointed. The only reason I sold mine was to move into a C8 Z06. The Blackwing is luxury performance beast.

Ah, I'd love to get a C8 Z06 too but a bit hard to do dad duties with one. ;) Need a bigger garage and more disposable income! Congrats on such an amazing pick up!
