Can anyone help me, the order for my TRX was placed 21jan2022 and it still hasn’t arrived yet. Dealer isn’t getting any answers and when i call ram customer service they tell me the same thing about the status i can see on the tracking site. I think nearly 10 months is crazy.

10months is not the problem, problem is it was shipped 3 months ago and has not arrived at the dealership. I would be getting info from the dealeriship about where the hell the truck is at this point. Also start a case with Ram customer service.

Your truck was shipped on August 17 and still hasn't arrived? Something is very much wrong. Your dealer should be able to pull up shipping info by VIN and see shipping location. Something seems very fishy here. Like a dealer sold the truck or it got lost or damaged in shipping. Get a screenshot of the shipping details as proof of whats going on. Should be able to get a screen that looks like this from the dealer:

How do some of you check the shipping statuses? I believe mine left the factory about 16 days ago. I know the estimate is 18 for IA (Granger). I saw some of you saying there’s like 100 awaiting Granger and I’ve also seen some people update what rail car status etc is.

As others have said, get your dealer to screenshot their status update, which should tell you exactly where your truck is in the shipping process. And Ram generic customer service is useless, you will definitely want to open a Ram Cares case for this.

I would also be curious just simply googling the vin. Likely won't yield anything but if the truck was ever listed for sale, might rule that out.
Someone for almost 2 months had their truck lost in shipping cause the battery died so the rail yard just let it sit there for months. So crazy things can happen but make sure the dealer has the regional rep involved at this point as well.
