Does anyone have any experience with their steering rack and the dealership?
I have a 23 TRX, and the original rack was making a crunching noise and the dealership replaced it with a replacement rack..however, it always pulled right. I had taken it in multiple times, and they 'aligned' it, but has always pulled right since the replacement. I finally had the shop foreman confirm the issue. The dealership opened a STAR case, and after a few weeks, ordered a 3rd rack and it was installed. Finally just got the truck back this evening and its still pulling right. The dealership stated it was test driven and they didn't experience the issue. I will be taking it back in the morning. I'm just floored why this is occurring.
