First time I'm hearing about the product.@mastro5531 I was just getting ready to ask about the Firstech Anti-Theft Integration Harness, if anyone had used it. I was told this was a new option being offered? Based on these earlier posts it looks like it has been around for a while.
@mastro5531 so maybe it is a new product (for Compstar) but yours is basically the same? Yes? i meant, there has been something like it in the past.First time I'm hearing about the product.
Its a great option for those that have Compustar, does exactly what my harness does just via the Compustar system.
Can you sign me up? I'm guessing this works on a 2016 Hellcat Challenger? Let me know how to send the fundsIs anyone interested in a harness to wire in a kill switch for the start button? I did not want to cut factory wiring so I made a harness with factory plugs and 2 wires that will lead to a kill switch. $25 shipped.
Mine works using the same concept, I give you 2 leads to install a toggle switch, while Compustar plugs into their control unit and cuts power to the start button until the system is disarmed.@mastro5531 so maybe it is a new product (for Compstar) but yours is basically the same? It’s not new. I purchased it for my 2021 TRX but did not install it until my 2022 TRX came in. I eventually moved it to my 2023 TRX. I saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new IGLA, Drone Mobil, Compustar T13 Pro every time I get a new truck (provided the truck wiring does not change). It simplifies the process of transferring but also simplifies the removal of the system. Goes without saying if the bad guys have access to the truck long enough they can defeat any man made system. I recommend this since it reduces the number of wire taps down to 1 wire tap and saves you money if you want to transfer the system to a new truck. If you want to reduce wire slicing spend the $60 on the harness.@mastro5531 I was just getting ready to ask about the Firstech Anti-Theft Integration Harness, if anyone had used it.
