It’s not perfect, but enough for me and certainly way better than nothing. We all live in different areas and have different risk tolerance though.Have a question.
Would just a kill switch be enough? I'm planning on installing the switch somewhere discreet and make it look factory and this is the only way to keep the remote start option as well.

If you want a little more security I would skip the plug and play option and just hardwire a kill switch further back into the main harness going to the ignition button. Ultimately the setup will be as good as you can hide the switch and wiring.
Hello, are you still selling the wiring harnesses?
Thank you
@maestro5531 I'll take one as well.
I will PM everyone tomorrow. If I missed anyone, feel free to send me a PM. I will be shipping next Saturday 3/18maestro5531, when the next batch is available, I would like one. Thanks!!
That’s actually a great idea. Gonna have to do it. 👍That is true, but a thief would have to start diagnosing. Relays, fuses, etc and all that takes time.
I personally have done something different on my truck, I moved power on factory connector to a different pin, used my harness(no leads to the kill switch wires), rerouted power to another pin, then added 2 wires to the original plug/harness. Thief can unplug my harness but there will be no power to the start switch as its moved...
Is that hard to do for rookies? lolThat is true, but a thief would have to start diagnosing. Relays, fuses, etc and all that takes time.

Start stop wiring has a 6 position plug that utilizes 4 pins. I moved 1 of the pins to a different position, I made a harness that would than return power into another pin. On the factory side I ran 2 wires along factory wiring to the kill switch. Those 2 wires I plugged into the factory plug. If I unplug my harness, there is no power on the factory plug because I moved it to another pin. In order to find my kill switch you would have to follow the wires along factory harness or go MacGyver and try to bridge some of the pins. Not rocket science but you have to understand the basic concept. Is that hard to do for rookies? lol
Should work on any DT Ram with a push button start. Will this work on a “22” Laramie as well? If it will I’ll take one.
