Yeah as long as the muffler delete is done right it’s probably identical tbhHonestly I could probably see that. Idk if that 4” bit of pipe does anything, but I know it does sound incredible compared to stock!

You have a sound clip?Yeah as long as the muffler delete is done right it’s probably identical tbh
I've heard straight piped in person and driven a TRX with just deletes and it sounds a bit more raspy on the top end and deeper on the low end. Still sounds great. The SLPs are a bit more tame on the low to mid. A couple people have done both in one of the other threads that wanted even louder then SLPsI went with a muffler delete and live it! My exhaust guy basically said the slps are essential the same thing, and won’t notice a difference if you do a 3” muffler delete
The SLP is straight through with no restrictions. The hollow space inside will deepen the sound vs a delete pipe though…I went with a muffler delete and live it! My exhaust guy basically said the slps are essential the same thing, and won’t notice a difference if you do a 3” muffler delete
There is comparison video that JumpSquad linked on page 1 in this thread.Itching to see that comparison video. Where art thou?! @GreatWhiteTRX
Your intake is now paid for lolSorry gents been a busy ass day! So I regret to inform you that my phone video files are apparently too large to post
What I will say, the videos while they show a mild difference, as others have said, do no Justice to the true difference these parts make. I paid around $180 for the resonators, and $50 for the installation, so I’ll say that for $230, my exhaust now sounds as good or better than the $1500 to $2000 some others are paying for a full set-up
Man I wish I had one too, it would make impromptu projects like this a breeze! But $250??? For a 12 minute job? Dude that is BANANASMan, you guys getting them slapped on for under $100 are lucky…cheapest I could find out here, from a shop I trust at least….is $250.
Really wishing I had kept my welders about now….I was never that great at it though….and probably wouldn’t have done it myself anyway.
Hahaha exactly! Now just gotta decide on one!Your intake is now paid for lol

I hear that! I love to weld (mostly TIG), but MIG welding under a truck without a lift is a BEETCH!!!! I have so many burn scars its not even funny!Man, you guys getting them slapped on for under $100 are lucky…cheapest I could find out here, from a shop I trust at least….is $250.
