I guess everyone's experience is unique to them. I have had USAA for over 10 years - and I know that you are supposed to switch every 3 years or so to keep getting the best insurance. So, I recently shopped around and no one could even come close to the rate I'm getting at USAA. So, I'm sticking with them.Talking about rising cost and no quote adjustments. I had them for 16 years, asked about rate reduction ect, they said will never be possible. Switched to another, same coverage, less deductible and was less than half of what I paid with USAA. Now they keep sending me the “I miss you come back” crap.
Oh, and and don't bother with Allstate. It's no longer an American company. Totally an Indian based company - nothing wrong with that if they were more transparent about it, but they aren't. You would think having almost 100% of their operations handled over in India that they'd have the best rates around... nope. still couldn't beat USAA.
