Ridge Grappler size

I have the Eibach Pro lift with 37x12.5 on 20x10 -18s, I absolutely love it. I had Ridge Grapplers on my Denali HD and they do awesome in the Buffalo winter. There was some trimming on the inner fender liner and the piece of the mud flap. I actually trimmed back a little of the pinch weld on the cab. But now there’s no rubbing lock to lock on a flat surface, slight if full lock on a sloped surface.

Looks great, I take it this gets better traction with 12.5"-13.5" wide contact patch and 4WD/FT than a 2wd Sierra on grapplers?

Ridge grapplers look great but I just looked to tire rack for some more objective data and it is similar to what I have experienced in years past so I am hesitant but not finding many options in 37x13.50x18 that have an aggressive look that aren’t Mud terrain.

Yep. I've read quite a few complaints about the Ridge Grapplers wet road performance. It's funny how opinions vary so much. Tire size, load rating, conditions, driving style, and different vehicles all play a part in how a tire performs.

Discount Tire will allow you to swap into a different tire if you don't like the Ridge Grapplers. Maybe try them.

I can’t speak for other people but I have loved Ridge Grapplers on every vehicle I’ve had them on. That chart doesn’t seem accurate to me I know they aren’t very noisy for sure compared to other tires

Looks amazing! I presume that is the 2.7” front/ 1.6” rear combo? I think I will go with this as well as the airbag company gave the green light to taller rear springs. My local shop says 37x13.50s will rub suspension components of stock wheels with either lift as they have done a number of them, so it looks like 37x12.50s it will be.

Well looks better and rides pretty good initial impression. But grenaded a cv axle at first launch so not thankful for that. Pondering the options for the future. Don’t want it to look good and have to baby it all the time or be afraid it’s going to leave me stranded. We’ll see what the dealer says about it…
