Recent high idle

Hello I recently have noticed that my 21 trx is idling higher around 1500/1600 instead of the 900/1k that was normally.
And some time it's like there is a slight delay in the gas pedal sometimes when it does it also.
So I ran it hard a few times after noticing this and it stopped doing it for a little while.
Truck has a S&B intake and a predator lower pully also. Truck runs fine when you get on it.

Anyone else have this issue before?

It could be a number of things but I would start with checking for any vacuum leaks and check that intake. Something could have come loose.
