This article didn’t have any obvious dumbassery in it, so I’m wondering if it might actually be legit. The only thing I see that’s a surprise is the description of the air filter. It’s described as an open top air box with a radial air filter. That’s certainly not like the stock TRX intake, and sounds more like the aftermarket ones (like I have).

1. TRX return w same 6.2 motor but with dealer installed performance packages you can add. Pulleys/tunes and so on.

2. Mid size truck - Dakota w 392 motor available

3. HD Truck with Helephant

I would love to have a 392 Dakota, assuming it looks good , like the full size Ram trucks.

If the article is legit I would guess it's so they can use the rho hood on both trucks.

Interior pics look suspect. The touch screen looks off
Back seat pic of leather looks fake.
Can’t see them using the tailgate badging. First time we’re seeing srt badging used on ram vehicles
Also they are calling in a 2027 in the article as well as the article being dated January 2025, and the 0-60 is no different.

The new Green color is pretty sharp.
I am really glad that it appears you can still get a version not quite as loud as the launch model.
I was sort of in hopes that they would loose the black belly.

I do like that the wheels are now black to match the belly of the truck.
That drive me crazy on my 21 TRX, I had them dismounted and powder coated black .
Looking like I won’t need to do that again.

I guess will see in a few hours if the same pics start showing up in other news outlets.
I am betting there is a lot of pics just like these show up everywhere in a few hours .

The outdoor and interior shots look like a Standard press launch material shots.
The images of the truck on a stage is indicative a press preview which we know the auto press in under embargo till later this morning. I am betting those shots were taken at a press preview a few days or maybe even weeks ago.

That article never said how the Hp gain happens. They hint at a tune so well see
All specs were from 2020.
A 777hp would be really nice although I have a feeling Ford is just waiting its release to drop a bomb.
