Ram TRX returns Q1 2026

It occurred to me that they'll need to differentiate it from the RHO. Will they half ass it and just add stickers/badges or will they make substantive changes (different grill/headlights/plastic fender flares)? Likely the former, but here's hoping for the latter.
I'm hoping the former that way our trucks stay more relevant and "fresh" for a few more years! Here's to hoping Stellantis is lazy AF and keeps everything the same as the 2024 except maybe a bit more power and the CV/driveshaft/etc "kinks" finally worked out 🥳

I do not see how they can do anything thoughtful in the time they have before launch.

My fear is the MSRP. I’ll type this out and I’m sure a financial guru will say I’m an idiot but if the MSRP is like 95k-105k I can swallow my pride and say okay, put 20k down or so and finance the rest. Pay it off in two years or so, be done. The 125k bullsh*t I just can’t do man. Even if you put 45k down, you still finance 80k. That’s just insanity to me. I’d rather just sell my ‘22 and get a low mileage ‘24. These trucks are incredible man, I’ve had 3 but this 150k pick up chaos has to end at some point. Now if you’ll excuse me I need to get back to barking at clouds.

Brandon Ford down in Tampa has multiple raptor R's for $145K plus tax. It's a hot truck but not that hot. In other words I understand what you mean. $145K is like $160K out the door with tax.

Yeah I mean hell at that point man I could put a damn stroker motor in mine and do crazy stuff.

if you pay the loan off substantially early then what is financed is kinda irrelevant.

If they didn't have to play the repo game with people who couldn't actually afford things the prices wouldn't be so high or the rates this is how they justify bullshit.

Why is it that Florida seems to have these crazy prices? I remember back when I was hunting for my ‘21 TRX all of the dealerships I talked to there were asking $30-50k over MSRP for a TRX. Highest in the country and I talked to dealers in almost every state at the time.

could be a lot of hot investor money coming in for Latin America. Real estate down there sky high too.

Really? I thought real estate there was crashing this quarter? I guess it has been going nuts for a few years though. We have seen the same thing with housing though in Phoenix too but vehicle prices remained pretty consistent.

Yeah you guys in Idaho have these people moving there who are totally oblivious to how the locals feel. They think they'll fit right in. I've read articles about it.

Yeah Florida is coming down but has a ways to go.

Not just that they seem to be getting seats. Can't go further because of site rules but yeah people wanting to make it like where they left. Instead of coming because they like how it is. We get them from everywhere and they want all this crap we don't and the money is pushing locals out. Not a fan of this kind of thing.

Politics are prohibited on this forum. But bashing Californians is encouraged

Im in the keep building boat. 0 chance id ever get rid of my Rex for 50 more stock ponies (which i already have more than anyway lol). It would take a long-arm travel model with redeye power for me to leave my baby 🫣
You’re on the right track! Anything less than a Redeye with 100hp more and I’m not even looking at the 2026 TRX.
