Ram TRX returns Q1 2026

Im calling 737hp TRX. Redesigned intake box with less restrictive filters + throttle body spacer (with patented helix vortex technology) yielded the 35 extra crank ponies. Dyno eventually shows 6 extra whp.

Otherwise unchanged from 2024.

Everybody get ready to pay 120k 🤣

Still excited its coming back though! More aftermarket support and maybe 13 more views on our vids 😂😂
I'll be happy if it's "only" 120k.

I expect the TRX will come back in a somewhat limited edition so the price will be high. I wouldn't be surprise to see a 125k to 140k window sticker for a L2. Even higher if they stick in a redeye or a bunch of new "stuff". That's getting into some serious money for most folks so that may cap how many they build and how much more stuff they stick in it..

They do a Jailbreak or Demon TRX and I'll do $120k. I'll order through Mark Dodge so I'm sure once the spice starts flowing we'll be back to getting smoking deals from the 4 dealers again.

If they do a Jailbreak so I can order the good stuff without all the fluff that normally would be in the packages, that would be great.

Anyone else think “jailbreak” is the dumbest term in the automotive market used to describe a certain trim? Talk about marketing to the 550 credit score demographic.
As I understand it it's almost the opposite of a trim level, but was the ability to mix options as desired rather than being stuck with packages and options not offered together.

Dodge knows their demo. Better than "Street Takeover" edition.

Ok, call it an options option instead of “trim” then. Other brands allow the same level of customization without anything special. Point being that using that term to apply to anything MOPAR is just ironic in today’s age. Sometimes I think Stellantis wants to take the title of worst drivers from the Altima owners.

That’s not a trim, but a term used for electronics when you bypass the manufacturer limitations and install whatever the F you want. So from that perspective, it’s a pretty good term for an automotive setup. It basically means “no holds barred”.

Around Central Ohio, Honda drivers are BY FAR the worst, especially the CR-V drivers.

Tariffs are deflationary.
The truck will be a few grand more to roll down the line, period.
I understand tariffs are needed, just said forget the idea this truck will be anything less than $100k

I’m familiar and I think it’s dumb in the electronics world but even dumber for a car brand…unless it was an EV. Then it would just be another dumb electronic device to begin with. Like I said, might be an unpopular opinion, but ironic using that term when the target demographic Would like to be broken out of jail after using the car in a street takeover or similar activities.

Maybe the new TRX will be AI enabled. Put in launch mode and the cameras will let you know if any cops are around. :)
