Problems & Issues videos

If my suggestion didn't resolve, I'm afraid you have to schedule a dealer service appointment. There may be too much tension on the brake cable which can be adjusted.

This thread is making me have second thoughts about placing an order. I know the Ford Raptor had some issues, but not to this extent. Hoping RAM has already resolved these quality problems before I place my order.

Hey brother. I had the same issues with my truck. The dealership mechanic noticed wires that were pinched under the bed connecting it to the rear brakes. Maybe have them look there?!

On mine Raptor it was worse actually. With the TRX I had an oil cooler line let loose and the tranny line was fixed during PDI. My 1st Gen Raptor by this time had a leaking shock, window motor, blender door actuator (1st of 3), rear driveshaft replacement and a water pump.....

The dealership couldn't replicate it and or find anything on a computer diagnostic. I've had multiple warning lights come on, something I've noticed it's only happened when it's raining. Might just be a coincidence. Sorry the image isn't the greatest, I was driving and trying to get some decent pictures. It's been roughly 300 miles since I've had any warning lights come on.
Did they ever figure this out? I had the same issues. The dealer noticed wires that were pinched under the bed linking it to the rear brakes.

Has anyone had a rattle in their dash? I put a ton of felt tape behind the radio but that didn’t solve the problem. The dealer is terrified to try find it - asked me three times if I could live with it. Really don’t want to cause 10 different issues by trying to solve 1. Maybe @RamCares should drive each TRX around the proving grounds once before you ship them to ensure these issues are fixed at the factory.

Greetings,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing this, we certainly understand why this would be concerning. If you end up addressing this with your local dealer, please let us know via PM. We'd be more than happy to provide you with an additional layer of assistance for that process.
