Why, because they are trying to charge MSRP or ADM for orders? That’s the typical response from shitty dealers when they are told about the deals people are getting. Think about it, what would their business look like if they were fucking over people from the forum….. They would be nuked.

If you read other threads Koons and few others have been doing similar pretty kuch for the 22 model orders. You're just repeating what Quigley told you. Just shows how under a rock some dealerships do business.

Congratulations on your order! I to have an order with koons placed in November. You can go to ram chat and if you give them the von they will tell you your vin.
I too placed an order with Koons on 2/15. Jumped on RamChat. No VIN# assigned.

Ahh ok , when I got my von I checked the next day with ramchat and had a vin. The only difference when I ordered was koons required a 1000 deposit. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Try this new link and ask Koons for update, my vin took a few days after order to show up. For an order status please email [email protected]. Please provide your VON or VIN in the email.

What in the damning hell have you said in 28 emails?I dont side with Craig because he is getting paid to answer emails but 28 emails when most technical questions are answered here? Did you guys get talking about personal stuff? 28 emails...wth
Well, to be fair, I initially reached out regarding the original deal they were offering. Which was $10k off MSRP, with a non-refundable $2k deposit. When I sent my initial build sheet, I selected the wrong color, so when he provided an invoice I had to correct it. Then I asked about trade-in, but since I'm out of state I didn't know if that's what I wanted to do. Craig got to work on a trade sheet, and a revised invoice. By the time I asked for an update on it, they had just posted the new deal of 10k or 11% with no deposit. I asked if I could get in on the new deal, and revised my build to include a couple of options that would be offset by the 11%. THEN I got the final build order and invoice, signed them, and received a POC and VON. After the fact, I realized the POC used 10k off, so I asked about that (it's probably too late, but not a big deal) and asked if he would confirm the order is price-protected, since no deposit was required and the forum post indicated price protection, but the paperwork I signed did not specifically say it was price protected.

So...yeah. While all of this was happening, there were rumors that factory orders would soon be discontinued and Granger closed their deal, so I got anxious to get my order confirmed, which caused me to overlook things I should have asked.

People tell me I have a problem with brevity.

he probably makes $100 to $150 per ordered car. You have to paypal him $100 to compensate for the extra time he spent with you.
I married a Russian bride after we exchanged fewer emails...in retrospect I should've asked more questions. When i finally met her i realized she was missing a leg, but who counts..

The dude is on top of it, I'd happily Venmo him for his time dealing with me. As I wrote my last post, I received answers to my questions and...MY VIN! Status - D

Craig reached out and confirmed I'll get the 11% after all. Great customer service!

Every last one of them have VINs
I sent an email to the order status early yesterday on my Rubicon and TRX and haven’t heard anything back. When I emailed Craig, he said to use the order update stuck in the dew loop ….disappointed with the new “status update” speed compared to the old days of Craig responding directly.

We have hired an addition team member to assist with the Forums. We are still in the training phase but this will help with turnaround. Although Craig has been doing the forums for 7 years, it's become too big for one person and we are expanding the department. Remember, there are many many of you and very few of us. We want to continue to grow and honor the forum deals but please realize we are moving as fast as we can. There are a lot of moving parts to complete the purchase. Especially if you are completing the transaction remotely.

Oh I am well aware of their post…I am not asking on the forum, just pointing out that two weeks ago was the last time I asked for an update. Craig responded within a half day a on both vehicles.Reached out again yesterday and crickets so not only have they not kept up with what Craig was doing two weeks ago but in fact have gotten twice as bad with double the manpower…..maybe the government took over the Koons order status operation.

Have you tried ram chat? I get the same info from them as I do from my dealer.
