Picked up my TRX Yesterday

Congratulations! I hope the good ones started getting built on 2/2! I heard yesterday mine is in route, apparently was in Chicago yesterday.

I was finally able to pick up my TRX yesterday at my dealership.

I know BBB has been following delivery times.

My build date was 2/9 and WS 2/9. Delivery shipped out on 2/11 and arrived via rail to the dealership on 2/22.

This thing is a beast. A lot bigger than you expect in person seeing it for the first time. Be ready to drive the beast when you all get yours. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we all get to post our victory post soon together

@KnightMare, I had them put it up on the rack and I inspected very single bolt, housing, and suspension piece myself. Everything seemed really locked down and nothing missing. I spent like 45 minutes under there looking with the service manager

I'm paranoid about quality control and have been on the bubble about proceeding. My truck is enroute to the dealer. Can I ask - What did you give the dealer to make them do this? Did you give them the video, or the spreadsheet? I'm just thinking it might be good to give a tech a "check the box" list with pictures as to what to check?

Glad the trucks are coming and better quality. I had problems, still have the airbag light, but don't want to stop driving it to bring it into the dealer!

Yeah I sent my sales guy and his service manager the videos and a copy of the build issues knightmare posted a few days before the delivery. They seemed shocked this stuff was even happening. They had no clue there were so many issues (tells me that No one from FCA is communicating this to the dealers). I had a long discussion with them about the plan if any of these things start happening with the truck. Since the service manager was aware of it he came right out when I got there and told me everything was looked over with a fine tooth comb.

Be open with them about it ahead of time and make sure you stand your ground that your not driving out without looking at it. Remember your buying a very expensive truck. You have that right to ensure its safe before you drive out.

Oh, mine was built weeks ago like you said but I've been on a train or trapped at the rail yard. Unfortunately, the great state of Texas shuts down with any type of winter weather so it just got transported yesterday.

But yes..... seems like FOREVER ago.

Mine was Build Date of 1/26, WS on 2/9; Dealership arrival in Central Nebraska via Kansas City was 2/22.

Where in Texas is yours headed? Mine some how is going to miss the February date Ram told me they would hit as recently as the 8th of this month. They act like the entire world shut down because of a couple inches of snow. Obviously if they can get the trucks out of Michigan for Christ sake in the middle of the winter getting them through Texas shouldn’t be a problem.
