I replaced both of those pieces. Noises gone. Crazy the dealer wouldn’t do it but fortunately they’re fairly cheap.

Thanks Rmall for posting this. I’ve got the same issue. Having to drive with the roof open so I don’t hear it. Is this the part number you replaced?

Front Fender Spat, Right - Mopar (68443498AA)

Just parked next to a buddy at work. His flare where the mud flap connects is much more solid than mine that has a bit of play. Hoping I can start the new year solving this rattle!

Yessir! I did both sides to be safe. They’re relatively cheap. Glad to help!

That same part is/was very rattly on my 2022.
The clips that hold it to the body aren't secure - tons of movement.

Rather than replace mine and face the clips loosening again, I'm using closed cell foam expansion units (ear plugs) to force the clips to remain under tension.

Wiggling the part by hand, its fixed.
I'll let you know if it works beyond the edge of the driveway.

Confirmed - the rattle can be eliminated by packing the gap between the body and the plastic with something expansive.

Pulled the mudflap off in preparation for the new spat. I see there are two clips that hold the spat along with the 8 mm screws you see on the outside, did the new part come with those two clips? I'm thinking it is really only the clips that need replacing? The spat itself looked fine. I can't seem to find those clips on a part diagram.

Dunno if the new part comes with new clips or not.
I don't have a picture to share but I all I did was put two fresh ear plugs on top of the flat of the spat between the clips so that they're compressed when the spat is reinstalled.

I had something similar back in 2021 on my first TRX. Ended up being the passenger seatbelt (metal portion) rubbing ever so lightly against the interior plastic on the B-pillar. Drove me nuts for until I figured out a solution.
I had the same thing happened to me. Girlfriend got out of the truck Next time I drove I heard it rattling looked all over the place then I just happened to look to the right and heard the rattle at the same time and saw the seatbelt in between the seat and the B pillar. Reached over and turned it flat problem solved. Can’t tell you how many times I told myself I was an idiot. Lol

I thought for sure my rattle was coming from the recent dash replacement, but I just went out and checked and sure enough that lower flare on the right side is loose. Thanks for the info.

Mine came with the clips…
I emailed with weather tech and they seemed to know about the issue. I suggested they engineer a right front no drill mud flap with louvred vents to lighten the load at highway speed. They probably never will. No mud flap for me for the time being.

I think I’m having the same issue. I know my video is not the best but @Rmall and @GUZ did yours sound like this?

I have this too!!! Same noise. Passenger side. Driving me fkn nuts. Almost made me want to sell the truck. Almost.

Also, it’s not the seatbelt.

For the love of chriiiist please someone tell me what to fix to eliminate this.

Literally the same noise in post #8. The fix is the rest of the thread (- seatbelt and the noisy wife comments)

Just for shits and giggles, check your seat cover between the console and seat. Mine wasn't secured there and the plastic clip was rubbing and made a noise, took forever to find.

It has been a while but that sounds very simular. Mine started at about 50 mph. I am curious if my mud flaps will continue to loosen the trip peice over time. It has been silent so far.

I had a rattle on my side for over a year. Couldn't find a thing until one day the plastic piece on the door b pillar fling off.....
