I have about 100 long guns and about 150 pistols (I think) but don’t want to cram them in. I have a full gun room and then some. Was thinking about burying a conex and converting to a safe

I thought this might be a good place to ask about a good pistol mount for the truck. I’m sorry if it’s been covered, I didn’t go through all 26 pages. Does anybody have any experience with this mount (or a similar one)?

Out at Shot Show 2026 checking out some of the new products. Went to range day and got to shoot some crazy long range pieces. Integrally suppressed TAO50 was nuts. Ordered a few new cans including the new Dillon 50 BMG can

Looking at a new carry, anyone have thoughts?
43x and new Shield x are my top contenders.
Right now using a 23, also randomly carry the wife’s shield 2.0.
Kinda shows the brands I like when looking at my new ones

Also looking around (because I’m looking at fun stuff so why not) at new holsters.

Anyone have experience with any of these and like/dislike? I mainly carry AIWB

Couple more from shot show, Dragon pistol that won most innovative for the show, have a video taking it apart but too big, long wait but have one on the way. Red circle is the actual serialized part that is a 4473, the rest are just parts.
They have neat stickers and patches each day but this one stole the show but wasn’t handed out, shop I went with took on a vender and he gave us one, Black on Ammo Apparel. Other is a pic that was sick of me shooting my engraved Barrett my brother wanted. Over 2 dozen rounds that day (not all standing )

I’ve spent time with a Kimber Micro9, Springfield Hellcat Pro, Taurus G2C, and a couple others as EDCs over the years. For me nothing has been better than the 43x - with a Holosun EPS and a Shield Arms magazine, in a Disantis Slim Tuk IWB. The Slim Tuk works well at any position.
