New article: Death of the Hellcat engine

Joey, while your post was not exactly politically correct in this day and age, I must admit that I am still laughing about it.
I guess that makes me non-pc too. :)
Just go ahead and order a '23 while you can, cuz who knows what 24 will bring!
Too late. Orders closed (again) today.

I have a nice Schecter Syn Gates Custom axe and a Mesa Triple Rec head and quad cabinet, that pisses off my wife and my neighbors (in that order). I really need to practice more and currently suck at playing guitar. Does that count????
I had a feeling you might be one of the guys to respond. :) I had a Schecter Hellraiser for a little while. I've had all kinds of tube amps, but now I'm on the Line 6 Helix bandwagon. So much versatility with much less gear. I play guitar and bass (and drums and vocals... but not all at once), so it's nice to have one rig to do both jobs. I still run though an amp (Also Line 6) that has FRFR and Cabinet model options and for what I do, it's "real" enough to get the job done and it's loud enough to piss of the wife (but in the basement, the neighbors don't seem to notice). Besides, the Hellcat and Jeeps make enough racket to piss off the neighborhood... just wait until the TRX joins the party! :ROFLMAO:

Living just outside of Nashville, I sure wish I had some kind of musical talent.........
I think either you were born with it, or you wish you were born with it.
The closest I got was watching my older brother play Stairway To Heaven on his electric guitar back in the mid '80's.
Thanks to all the people that can actually play a guitar!

It was much tougher back thento learn. Now you can watch videos and pick it up pretty quick. Stairway is one of the easier Zep songs despite its length and the solo isn’t too bad if you’re playing the album version and not the live version. It’s a fun song to learn.

LOL... I know those types... in fact, I lived right in your neck of the woods for a decade! Truth be told, I'm looking for property back down that way again. We still consider it "home." It's tough to be a musician in Nashville, though. Even back when I was there, you weren't getting paid much (if at all) to play the bars in the city. Bunganut Pig and other small bars in Franklin/Brentwood/Murfreesboro, etc. could be a paying gig back then, though. I didn't care much about that... Music was always just a side gig/hobby for me when I was down there. Got to play some cool venues with some pretty cool folks, so I was happy.

We do love ours! In fact, I just spoke to my local dealer where I ordered it and he has ONE allocation for a 20AE 392... guess who's getting it!!! As soon as the banks open, he's going to call me to spec it. We'll just sell the 22 392XR when it comes in.

Got my wife an xr 392. Dare i say its more fun than trx...
Yeah... I have a VERY hard time believing that a TRX could even hold a candle to the 392 XR in terms of fun factor. That thing in "naked" configuration is just SILLY... and maybe a little scary. :) BUT, the Wrangler is a little tight for long road trips for my family of 4 (two teen girls), so the TRX will be a perfect replacement for our family car (Grand Cherokee 392) and as a bonus, we can pull the Rubicon or Hellcat Challenger behind us for long trips so we still have something fun to drive wherever we go (if the TRX isn't fun enough... lol).

No just no, that 20A red interior... 🤮

392 exhaust notes remind me of an old Saturday morning cartoon character...

What do XR and 20AE mean - I don't recall those letters in my ordering of a 23 Rubicon 392.

Extreme Recon
20th Anniversary Edition Rubicon
I see - I didn't see the extreme Recon package as being available when I filled out my order and was unaware there was a 20th anniversary edition available.

It’s limited to 150, made by AEV?? I think. It only costs 110k.

Well everyone here should be happy, the Ram REV Insider Club ($100 reservation) emails went out this morning! Time to sign up for the future (and pay for the privilege) as dictated by our benevolent eco-overlords!

Just make sure to also save $100 a month for the next two years to pay to replace the massive window/roof combination when it takes a rock.
