It's one thing RAM chat actually might be good for. You should be able to reach out to them and give them your VIN and they can confirm the options included or not. Supposed to be able to anyways

Yes, I used this method to ensure I would have the Harman Kardon option in my level 2.

So my TRX arrived at chapman Chrysler of PA
10/20/2021 and finalize all paperwork by Monday 10/25/2021.. all I can say thanks to Tom, Ashlie, and John. They held there end of their bargain, no hidden fees, everything was transparent. Everything they said about the Deal was Legit/truthful. they were very helpful and made it smooth. I would return for any future purchases. Guys, it’s so worth the wait.

Same with me, Tom and the team did not disappoint!! Will be posting my experience with them once the truck lands in TX. Funny that @Phillytrx got the sold sign of my unit. Not very many RED units but they stand out for sure.

Setup to ship with Montway, believe they are broker that contracts to truckers. Awaiting pickup currently to get unit down to TX.

I’ve seen nothing to suggest my 184xxx is out of D status. Loaded L2, black, with basically everything BUT the ram bar, bed mounted spare, and bead locks.

Haha I have a 165xxx white lvl2, pano, bed. And still D! It really sucks when you see other trucks ordered way after from the same dealer get built before yours! I can’t imagine the frustration for later Vin’s. But congratulations to everyone getting there trucks built!!
