What size did you end up going with?
You asked for comments/opinions regarding wheel/ tire combination. It doesn't matter now, as you've decided, but I would have said: if you want looks and better cornering, go with the 20s. If you want to retain that cushion feel over rough terrain, stick with 18s. Also, if you do decide to jump it (not street speed style) then I would definitely push for the 18s.

On my previous '16 Super Duty, I installed 37" Mickey Thompson, ATZ. However, I also swapped my gears to compensate.

I drove on the stock tires for 1500 miles so I will definitely notice a difference if it does alter the performance! For me I want be doing much off-roading but definitely will be doing plenty of speed bumps, pot holes, and fast driving so I'll update the thread once I install them this weekend

What's the legal limit in NY? If it's 30%, as with many states and CA Provinces, what are the chance that you'll be told to remove the tint?

I use to run 5% on one of my former vehicles. (I was asking for trouble) Eventually, I was nailed by an officer who literally made it a personal agenda to pull anyone over with tint. Back then, there was no legal tint limit. The law stated that, it was based on the officer's discretion, as to whether they could see you through the tint.
Anyway, it's now spelled out at 30%.
I booked myself an appointment for tinting next week, but I haven't yet decided what percentage (20-30).

NYC TINTS ARE ILLEGAL PERIOD UNLESS YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EYE PROBLEM IN THAT CASE YOU CAN HAVE A TINT PERMIT AND THERE IS NO TINT LEVEL SPECIFIED AS THEY JUST STARTED IT 2-3YRS AGO TINT PERMITS ARE LIKE GETTING A MEDICAL WEED CARD IN NYC THERE NOT HARD TO GET AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A "MEDICAL ISSUE" AN KNOW THE RIGHT PEOPLE

I did and I'm #1 but I can't change my picture and can't enter for another 6 months
