I know you don't have the lights installed yet, but do you know what the overall vehicle height will be with the lights installed? Alternatively, how much higher than the Rambar are the top of the lights?Have to get the brackets as well.
How much of a role do you think that bolt plays? Just wondering what potential compromise is being made by removing it.On the inside of the bed this screw needs to be removed on both sides! The other adjustment I will have to show you in a video!
If you don't take out that 1 bolt on both sides the rails won't line up! You can replace the bolts with any other screw with a flat head as that screw pops out to much! How much of a role do you think that bolt plays? Just wondering what potential compromise is being made by removing it.
Also, in another post, you mentioned that you can fold up the panels past the rambar, but you don't because you could possibly scratch it. If you had to get it past the Rampar on the odd occasion, do you think it would be possible without scratching anything? Is it metal on metal?
At first I wanted to get rid of it but it as grown on me and I love it now so I won't be selling it!WILL BUY YOUR RAMBAR********
my TRX unfortunately was built by my dealer and they chose not to put few cool things![]()
Not yet till I get the lights! Once I get them I will post it! They say the lights are 5 inches not sure if that's 5 inches in height plus the bracket but will let you know once I get themI know you don't have the lights installed yet, but do you know what the overall vehicle height will be with the lights installed? I will check in the morning! Once it's day lightDoes anyone know about the marker lights in the scoop. Wondering if they are clear or smoked. Might be nice to mod the color for when it’s parked of course. Not for when it’s going down the highway.
I will measure in the morning during day light I slipped on ice and broke my foot last night but I will get the measurement later today! FYI DON'T DRINK AND WALK ON ICEThat looks nice. Do you know how long the distance is between the front of the bed and the inside of the tailgate guard?

So in the picture in previous post if you need to fold past the ram bar all you do is release the 2 end bolts and slide the remaining flap towards you to complete the final fold than secure it and slide it forward if you wish to keep it in but open without scratching the rambar!
What a champ! Breaks his foot and still commits to getting that measurement. LolI will measure in the morning during day light I slipped on ice and broke my foot last night but I will get the measurement later today! FYI DON'T DRINK AND WALK ON ICE![]()
Oh man that sucks.I will measure in the morning during day light I slipped on ice and broke my foot last night but I will get the measurement later today! FYI DON'T DRINK AND WALK ON ICE![]()
Do you like the running boards or would you prefer the electronic retractable ones? I am thinking about which I would doI returned the the cab protector rack as the ram bar grew on me and it won't fit with the ram bar! I just felt the ram bar gave it a better look so I used the $500 credit towards a set of off road lights![]()
Touchless Car washes are typically 84". Truck supposedly sits at 81" (80.9"). I assume It's 81" to the highest point, which would be the roof cab antenna. The Rambar seems to sit about an inch higher than that. Not yet till I get the lights! Once I get them I will post it! Hell I don’t need the measurements that bad. Sorry you broke your foot.I will measure in the morning during day light I slipped on ice and broke my foot last night but I will get the measurement later today! FYI DON'T DRINK AND WALK ON ICE![]()

So I like the running boards because they definitely match the rambar and other trims on the car! So I'm on the fence here's why!Do you like the running boards or would you prefer the electronic retractable ones? I am thinking about which I would do
Do you have a link for the cam handle just in case we want to go that route!Touchless Car washes are typically 84". Truck supposedly sits at 81" (80.9"). I assume It's 81" to the highest point, which would be the roof cab antenna. The Rambar seems to sit about an inch higher than that.
It looks like a nut & bolt combination through the bracket is used to secure the light into position. So, loosening it should allow the lights to rotate back and downwards, leaving only the height of the bracket to deal with.
If that's the case, I'll replace the hardware with a cam handle. Would take a few seconds to release and rotate.
I got you know big deal I have to make it to my truck to get a foot brace from the surgical supply store so I will just measure at the same time! Got youHell I don’t need the measurements that bad. Sorry you broke your foot.
