SORRY FOR THE SUPER LONG POST, this has been 4 minths of fighting and pulling my hair out.

Ok, so I have been fighting this issue since late January. I will give the basic info for the truck, then the details of the issue and attempts to fix it.

Various Idler Pulley Upgrades

Initial Build was completed December 2025. I had some issues with fuel delivery and an oil leak. Fuel delivery turned out to be the BAP was turned up too high. Got that sorted out, got a good idle and street tune down, and we were doing WOT tuning.

After a few revisions of tunes at WOT, out of nowhere I went to launch from a dig, brake boosting, no launch control, and it went into a limp mode and threw a few codes. Pics of the lights will be included. No engine codes.

We thought it was tune related so I took it to a shop in Houston to do some in person tuning and fix the oil leak mid January. During the 2 hour drive to Houston I came up on a Rapotor R and i wanted to play a little...was going 85 on cruise control. Gunned it to catch up to the Raptor R and as soon as it downshifted it wentninto the limp mode again. Shop could not get the limp mode to repeat when they worked on it...

Now it has been going into limp mode even while just daily driving it and no heavy throttle....here are the circumstances it has happened in:

Auto Mode and sport mode.
WOT from Dig.
WOT from Roll.
Driving 45-50 with mild throttle, no cruise, less than 50% throttle.
Driving 65 and 85 with Adaptive cruise on and throttle less than 50%.
Driving 65 and 85 with regular cruise on and throttle less than 50%.

Shortly after the trip to Houston I began having serious fueling issues....couldn't get the truck to stay running. Thought I lost a fuel pump. Bought and installed the FID Returnless Triple Pump Fuel System from Tim Barth. Installed this in February. Truck still would not stay running.....turns out the issue was the fuel pressure sensor. Ended up buying a setnof MMX Fuel Rails with Plumbing and sensor and this corrected the no run issue.

Began tuning again for the new fuel system...limp mode issue still repeated several times at all levels.

After research, I did the following:

Seated all relays and fuses.
Checked all grounds I could find.
Replaced the Battery.
Replaced the ABS Module.
Replaced ABS Wheel Speed Sensors.
Looked for wiring issues.
Seated all plugs in engine bay and BCM.

During this time, the Supercharger began chattering LOUDLY. After diagnosing and researching, I ended up sending the Supercharger to SDG in early March to get rebuilt and get their Trifecta (Bearing Plate and Hellephant Killer Snout) installed. I also got a good deal on some ID1300 Injectors, so I added those to the mix, and then added an IC Chillers Interchiller.

Got the truck back together and running in mid March, around the 15th, and recharged the AC and had the dealer program the new ABS Module........problem is still happening........

I did get a datalog where it happened while driving with cruise control on at 65 mph on the highway in early February.......I only see 1 thing that stands out to me...

At 65 mph, 25% Throttle, I have the following IMMEDIATELY BEFORE it goes into Limp Mode:

ACTUAL TORQUE - 424 lb
FINAL THROTTLE TORQUE REQ - 482 lb
THROTTLE TORQUE SOURCE - PEDAL/CRUISE
TRANS ENGINE TORQUE REQUEST - 1,141 lb
TRANS MAX ENGINE TORQUE - 819 lb

When the issue hits and it goes into limp mode, in the datalog those numbers plummet rapidly until this happens:

ACTUAL TORQUE - 27 lb
FINAL THROTTLE TORQUE REQ - 76 lb
THROTTLE TORQUE SOURCE - STALL
TRANS ENGINE TORQUE REQUEST - 1,141 lb
TRANS MAX ENGINE TORQUE - 819 lb

It does this in the timeframe of less than 1/2 of a second in the log and as soon as it changes to "STALL" is when I go into limp etc. And it throws the codes you see in the pictures. Throttle position is still the same (cruise control, flat ground), soeed is the same, etc.

I included screenshots of the datalog. I do have a video of the datalog, as well at the log itself if anyone wants to see them.

I need to know what to look at next, or if its tune related or what to do....If someone wants to look at my tune file to see if the tuner is missing something, I have that. I am at wits end here.

Any serious help is appreciated!
