Just wanted to share info for those looking to go to 37s.
I previously had 20” Vossens zero offset with 37” BFG KO2s on my Tyrant and removed them in favor of the red Black Rhino Renos (then traded the truck).
Yesterday I put the Vossens on my stock TRX in hopes that they would fit without significant rubbing.
They look great and only rub very slightly at full lock/turn. I know in certain conditions of articulation this could be worse. I’ll have to decide if I leave as is, go back to stock or look at springs to level.

I ain't gonna lie those wheels always look great. I know why it's a popular choice.

12.5 or 13.5?

Looks like 12.50.

With the correct offset they will fit fine, lower and negative is when it starts rubbing

37x12.5x18 on stock wheels fit fine with no issues with rubbing. Should’ve been my day 1 mod

What offset do you have with that setup? It looks great.
Probably +0 to 25ish would be ideal. Lower than +0 would start sticking out and rubbing and higher you would too but on the inner tire and components. Tires are different too, just because it says 37” doesn’t mean its 37” and 12.50 could actually be more depending on the tread design, nitto likes using 2 different patterns on the upper sidewall to tread area, the “shoulder”. The tread lugs and voids can stick out farther on one side than the other and hit stuff like the sway bar or upper spindle.

Correct.

The BFG is actually 36.5”. Not a true 37”.
I like the zero offset appearance. A bit more aggressive. I will likely level it with Eibachs or Geislers. Probably do the rear as well and put a cap/topper on it to haul hunting stuff.

How does your 2023 ride with the 35's and the 37's compared to your Tyrant? I remember you saying the Tyrant had a harsh ride and didn't know if it was caused by the leveling kit that Granger installed.

So the stock truck runs the smoothest. Don’t feel the small bumps and cracks. I’d compare the stock truck with 35s to a stock 35 or 37 Raptor. This is all on-road FYI.

The stock rides much better than the leveled 37 Tyrant. Not sure if this is related to the level or just the 37s (Wildpeaks) on 20s with higher load range tire.

That being said, the 37 BFGs on 20” Vossens without the level ride close to factory. Just feels a tad harsher over bumps….and I’m owing that to the load range E sidewall. Running the tires at 38 psi (similar to the factory psi on 35s).

I like the cushy ride of the factory truck on the Goodyears but want the 37” tire and taller ride. I’d be interested in upgrading to a taller spring but just don’t know about the ride quality.

Thank You!

Does somebody know if 37x13.5 on stock wheels (9x18 ET19) and suspension will work without mods, thinking about KO2's which tend to run smaller, more like 36.5 in diameter.

Thanks in advance
Stefan

Eibachs completed. 1.6 front 1.5 rear. Ride is great. Much much better than the rough county level. Also did a smart cap. Will have to update pics when I can take some

They should work, no problem. I have 37x13.5x20 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T's on Fuel wheels with stock offset. No rubbing on street and dirt roads, etc. No serious wheeling yet to test it but they seem to clear fine for my purposes. BFG's should be fine!
