Laser jammer/shifters

The ALP solution does definitely have issues.
If you have a 3 Rx head setup in the front, that is currently broken. We found the problem with them this weekend and they'll have an update soon to fix it.
Once they push that fix to a public firmware update, you'll be good to go.

Also this is only an issue if you face dragoneye (which in Georgia you absolutely do). Also only if you have a Tx head (the smaller head) in the front, this issue doesn't apply
Well that just sucks. So, for dragoneye, the setup I have has never worked?!?! I have had alp on multiple vehicles for years. Definitely glad they got it figured out, but...
Seriously, thanks for this!

My hope in AL has been restored but it's still important to consider the fact that theres now very solid competition. The R9 engineers have come out a few times and have been very receptive so I'm hopeful they can improve on the jam codes.
I suspect they can actually be eliminated even by the end user; my other car has r9 heads behind some thick perspex and that doesn't throw jam codes. They only throw them when they're just visible with nothing in front (like perspex).

The TPX was actually a big surprise to me. They did as well as the other $2500+ systems at only $950. I've tested the stinger before on my widebody redeye and it did great but they're a HUGE pain to install properly. If they not aligned perfectly, performance is not good.

Yes definitely. If they're not illegal, they will be if people misuse them!!

Still a bit hush hush on rdf as well until we get everything figured out and they get an update released. I will keep you updated as I get everything sorted out on my ride. I will keep the r9 on my other car but will probably do ALP on the TRX at this point. Hopefully with the new changes, placement will be easier even on bigger vehicles like ours.
Just wondering if you have any more gold info on how these systems are compaing in 2026?
