Koons recommendation!

Definitely recommend Koons for any orders. Picked up my 3500 HO Cummins Friday and had an excellent experience there. Waited 8 months for this truck and they emailed the evening it showed up. Everything from the truck review to financing was top notch. Was in and out in about an hour. Full tank of diesel and we were on our way for a nice weekend in DC to visit the war memorials and Arlington. Shout out to Adam at Koons for recommending KO distillery in Manassas, VA!

This is awesome to hear. So many negative experiences showing up recently with Koons, and i have my pick up soon. Did you do your financing with them ahead of time or when you arrived?

So many negative experiences?? I haven’t seen any….if it’s any consolation my two purchases with them this year were great.

it was negative with the finance dept not taking a check of mine, it had to be cashiers check, they specific on what they want. But the salesman was great shutout to Danny

Weird. I sat there and wrote a check out of my personal checkbook with no issues.

I went with the 0% for 36 months for 2500/3500 truck incentive. Put a good bit down with a bank check. They said I coukd have used a personal check if I was financing with them, but I just got a bank check from the credit union. I didn't get the "Wow" 1000 dollars off for financing with Chrysler Capital since they do not stack the incentives. But I will save 4k in interest with the 0% deal. Good luck to all!

Also, just a FYI.....they beat Zieglers Factory Mopar warranty price by 100.00. So I was definitely pleased with that.

Yes so far so good with Koons. Placed a 2023 TRX order on sept 30 2022 and received a confirmation and order # right away. Then a few days later a vin#. Its schedule D firm now. They were very easy to work with.

I don't know how to double quote @93ls1rx7TRX but I have some some reports on bad experiences on financing, trades, and issues not being resolved after sale. So I am just curious about other experiences, as i go to pick up in a week or so.

Yes, I am curious about your experience there. I didn't have a trade and did some research on the Chrysler Capital financing before I got there....same for the best deals on factory warranty prices. I thought they would be hesitant on both, but after presenting print outs of both the Chrysler Capital 0% incentive and what I could get a Mopar warranty for, they didn't give me any problems on either. I hope everyone else will have as easy of a transaction as I did. I know I wouldn't have gotten near the great price I got by any dealer local to me, so the 6 hour commute was well worth the 8+ grand off!
