Finally! Ram shipping is making progress. The gang at Koon’s has been great, and I know that the delay has been out of their control.

Note that it never did show any shipping update. It was just there today.

Spoke too soon. Ram website says it's delivered. Koon's hasn't seen it yet. Ram Care phone center says "wait seven days and call back if they haven't seen it by then". WTF? Ram isn't worried that the latest update was that it was dropped off on the 28th but it's not there now? Interesting...

Mine said it was dropped off on the 23rd and I didn’t hear until a couple of days ago. They have a bunch they are trying to process so it might be that they haven’t been able to see it yet.

I'm sure I'm missing something important or speaking ignorantly of the work involved, or something...but I feel like if you dropped off 100 trucks in a parking lot tonight, and assigned me and one other person to the job, we could inventory each truck by color and last 5 of the VIN by COB tomorrow, and probably still take a leisurely lunch.

I'm not upset with Koon's at all. They have been great. It's probably not there yet, considering what I've read tonight about the consistency of the Ram Tracker on the Ram webpage. I just thought it was funny that Ram Care said "call us in a week if it hasn't been found"!

Haha not to rain on anyone parade, but I got the text from Dan Cummins that my truck was there on a Tuesday, asked them to tint the windows and do the PDI, and it was ready for pickup that Friday. They are just as high volume, and had a ton of trucks there, but there was no B.S. about waiting forever while they “in processed” trucks. Glad I chose them.

I used Dan Cummins also. Truck came in last Monday and Tuesday morning they asked when I wanted to come pick it up. I had them deliver it to me . Easiest purchase I have ever made. They left Kentucky yesterday morning and I had my truck at 12:30 yesterday in alabama. The 2 delivery guys were great.

Koons reached out 1day after this stage and told me my truck had arrived

Hell yeah man! My RAM tracker went from an ETA 6/23-7/11 then back to TBD then Delivered all in a span of 48hrs. It took Koons a few days to process the trucks before hearing from them. I’m flying out on Thursday night and picking it up Friday morning. Check back with them Monday morning, hopefully it‘s already there or shows up early this week.

I’m flying out on Thursday night and picking it up Friday morning. Check back with them Monday morning, hopefully it‘s already there or shows up early this week.
