Hello everyone.

My name is Moe, owner of Colorado Car Audio. I wanted to create this post to clear up a few things, and answer any questions you may have with everything that has happened over the past few weeks.

I have been speaking with Josh (@Air’d outSRT) in regards to a few issues that I was unaware of. Josh and I have had quite the conversation about how things have been handled that were unbeknownst to me.

Devon is pursuing other opportunities and is no longer with my company.

I want to apologize to our past, present and future customers about these happenings. This is NOT how things should have been handled. I have taken over sales, scheduling and customer service at my shop. From this point forward I would appreciate, and welcome any of you to reach out directly to me with any concerns or questions.

I have owned this shop for over 12 years now. It has not grown to become a 5 star business rating by how things have been handled over the past few weeks. For that I apologize and the situation on my end has been rectified.

We are FULLY capable of installing CompuStar, IGLA (both together), audio system upgrades, sound dampening, dash cameras and anything else in the 12 volt electronics world. In a few weeks Josh is sending his trainer out so we can learn a few more tips and tricks for the security installations. This way we can make sure you are all keeping your trucks, yours..... We have done over 50 IGLA installs and countless security systems over the years. We take great pride in making sure our installations are done cleanly and with care in the vehicle.

My two technicians, have over 50 years of combined experience in 12 volt electronics/car audio installations. I myself, have been in this industry since the late 90's. We truly love what we do, and take pride in our work.

I am not great with these forums so reaching out to us directly at our shop is best. With that being said, if you comment on this thread I will respond here as much as possible.

Thanks for reaching out Moe and explaining the situation, your shop installed my IGLA and I was impressed with your business and the knowledge your employees had. I did have some questions after the install and Devon pretty much blew me off so I’m glad you’ve made some internal changes. I will be hitting you up in the near future for some sound dampening and stereo upgrades.
