How do you get your money?

I own several Ag related businesses and have over 180 employees. I have worked hard and life is good. Luckily I have an awesome wife of 34 years that understands what it takes to have successful businesses. Long hours and doing without when times are hard.

Don’t feel lonely!30yr in the crane industry. Most of the time as a operator. I get a chuckle out of the guys that talk about how big the truck is.😀 The unit I have now is 12ft wide to the outside of mirrors,80ft long 156K (cheers)lol!View attachment 4898
That's awesome. My buddy operated heavy equipment, and some of the pics he has of these rigs running up narrow mining roads in the mountains scare the sh!t out of me.

If you get stopped fir whatever , just do what the guy says period , and apologize ,if he asks how fast you were going “ I honestly don’t know “ that’s it
DO NOT START CHALLENGING THE GUY , it’s not gonna end well , I never wrote guys that were up front and honest , but I’m a Motörhead so I understood 😂 try not to get caught diff states diff rules

So there is no sign I can flash ( like the van burren boys on Seinfeld) to get me out of trouble?

There was a time when my dad worked for a well known brand dealership in his later work years, just before retirement. He used to tell me how comical it was that when someone came to the dealership looking all regular and almost like a bum, the other sales buys would ignore the customer. These were sales my dad earned by consistently being honest and respectful to the customer. Many times, the customer paid in cash. So true, you can never judge a book by its cover.
Oh yeah , most people dripping in high end shit don’t have the money for it
The wife has worked for high end retail for 30 yrs , her richest client was mistaken for the janitor

How can I learn to day trade?

My suggestion is to sign up for a free webull account, as they have tools to learn. Watch ticker action, youtube videos on reading charts, volume, and moving averages.

Once you get the hang of that, I'd suggest starting out paper trading the first few weeks (the market will eat you alive.... My first month, I was in the hole 5k.) I started out following pumpers on stocktwits and Twitter.

Hard learned lesson 1: Do NOT be emotional: only trade with money you can afford to lose. (Sounds rough, but after a while, you start playing with the houses money)

Hard learned lesson 2: Before trading any security, ALWAYS have an entrance AND and exit. I'm a trader, not an investor. Too many times, I held onto worthless bags, waiting on catalysts to get me green, while I could have made my loss elsewhere. Scale out and DONT baghold.

Hard learned lesson 3: STAY patient!! Dont sell for a loss if you don't need to and don't sell for pennies.

Hard learned lesson 4: Do not be greedy!! (I'm still learning this one) this is an option swing from a week ago that I keep telling myself "ONE MORE DAY!" ---- Ive set an alarm to remind me to sell tomorrow morning.

This one is a trade I took, knowing that the incoming administration was pro green and following redit groups. I stopped out at 3.4 and it continued to run to $5 later that day (could have made more, but lesson 4 got me.

Anyways, hope this helps as there is money to be made on the street. Just be smart.

Nice Hotel. Pre-Pandemic I frequented their restaurant “Dasheen” overlooking the Pitons. Hope you enjoyed our Local Beer as well 😃

Born in Marrietta! Live in CT atm. One of the places I lived as a kid had it all, cattle, fields for days of produce, chickens, etc.
Well, I would say come home where it’s warm, but today it’s 27 degrees. Ah, come home anyway

Mechanical Engineer working in aerospace for NASA.
Another one of us. I am an electrical and computer engineer/computer scientist working for NASA. I have done work mostly centered around the lithium ion battery upgrade on ISS, but I am consulting with commercial partners on satellite stuff right now.
I am also retired Army...they made the mistake of telling me that college was free while I was in so I took classes the entire time I was in and graduated with 5 undergrad degrees and 1 masters...and then I used my gi bill to further my studies after I got out.
