Handgun Storage/Holster

The best handgun HK ever made was the p7m8. Change my mind
It was certainly ahead of it's time, grip cocked then about a 2 pound trigger made a pretty unique combo. Plus the polygonal rifling which was cutting edge in a pistol of its time certainly put it up there. I have never owned one, bought my first HK which was the USP 45 and have been a fan since.

I have a USPc 45 stainless. Good gun

This is the best idea for quick access.

I knew a guy that had to always carry a gun, not law enforcement, just a security thing with him.

Full size SUV, had his family and friends family, going on a trip, the 2 dads went into gas station to get drinks/snack, the moms and kids stayed in SUV. SUV is parked, kids climb around like monkeys. The non truck owners kid, finds the gun and it goes off shooting, shooting himself. The kid is brain damaged and the SUV/gun owner is being sue for a lot of money.

Its an ugly situation, both families are ruined.

Something like this with a lock and thumb print reader/quick unlock, would be ideal.
yep there was this one time at band camp too.......

I have no kids but seems like a terrible idea to leave a loaded gun visible. When I was a kid I broke into my dads safe, took out his colt detective special, played with it and promptly shot a hole in the wall. Never had a negligent discharge since

It fits in there perfectly. I also have the magnet mount from my old truck.Couldn’t get myself to put screw holes in my new truck

@Johnny@JustBoltOns you should stock these asap

dont have the truck yet but ive used them extensively in the past because i cant take my pistol into the courthouse.
generally very secure and also a good place for a backup.

I just ordered a couple of the FoxX Blocks magnets mentioned in this thread; one for the TRX and one for my bike (BMW R1200GS).

Wife and I just watched "Unhinged" with Russell Crow and it has added some relevance to this topic.
