Did your camper get 700hp and 600 lbf added when towing the TRX?

I’m looking at buying the Newmar Dutch Star with TAG axle. 40 foot.

Do you find the TAG axles helps the ride and does it help when towing?

Are you using brakes on the TRX while towing it? I see you are using Blue OX, does it include set up for lights and brakes?

Good morning. Yes a tag axle makes a world of difference both on ride quality and towing. It give you great ride and stability.

The shop had to make custom brackets to use the blue ox system sold for the TRX as the intercooler is bolted in that same area. But it worked perfect.

I am using the RVI brake controller and not sure what brand of wiring kit the shop used for the lights. The RVI is a wireless brake controller with also the option of a wireless emergency brake kit.
