Estimated delivery date

Probably IS my truck. 87 days today with no movement or end in sight.

Whatever the realities on the ground may be, from Ram's perspective or Koons', what the customer gets is a total lack of information, which is INFURIATING. Is there something wrong with the truck? Out of gas? Dead battery? Shoved in a corner and nobody ever gets to it? Even if nobody actually knows right this minute what the problem is, the real f-job is that NOBDOY CARES TO FIND OUT. Erica @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner seems like a very nice person, said she asked her factory rep nearly 2 weeks ago what the issue might be, and as of yesterday, has received no response. As a dealer spending millions of dollars with Ram, how could you accept that? And, since Koons actually has a financial incentive for me to get so upset I walk away from the deal, how hard are they REALLY trying to help me besides sending screen shots of whatever the system happens to say at that moment?

Sorry for the rant, but this is my life right now.
Every single day I reach out providing specific VIN numbers and information trying to get our trucks. We don't accept the issues but they are completely out of our hands. Regional reps, national reps, supply chain managers. I've tried to get help from everyone. I don't ever get the feeling they don't want to help, but I truly don't think they can.

do you know Ram's logistics team email? A user messaged them and in 3 days his truck got delivered with an apologies email. The user refuses to share the email he used.

I have Ram contacts that I call, text and email daily. I find that email has been the least effective for me, not that anything has really helped.
looks like your trucks are stuck in Toledo more than any other dealers. Granger had delivery issues couple of months ago but they were able to fix them. Is there anything other major dealers like chapman or dancummins are doing ? Most of the delayed threads mention Koons. I know Koons is a very big dealer with huge inventory but your trucks are not even stuck in Baltimore , they are stuck in Toledo which is the 1st leg.

If anyone wants' to stay in contact with me they can. Email me your full name and VIN/VON. You can text me at 303-242-1549 but please I beg of you no middle of the night texts. I have a family and it's a delicate balance with the hours I already work. There is one of me and hundreds of you.

[email protected]

No, I can't get your truck here faster. Yes, I have a very good relationship with Stellantis as I've been with Koons for several years. I'm all ears to listen, to help any way I realistically can.

Everyone is having these issues, not just Koons. We just have the most sold orders.

you are getting about 5-6 TRX a week with 100 waiting to be delivered..Correct?
Depends on the week. We got 15 in the last week or so. That's not counting anything that has already been delivered. 143 in transit. 17 on the ground waiting for pick up.

Mine is still sitting in Baltimore and it's not a Koons order... Last leg and they are having a terrible time making anything happen too. Damn near a month and no one will deliver it.. I'm starting to wonder if it's stolen from the rail yard?. Kudos to you guys who waited 9 months plus...

I don't think anything has been stolen. Sincerely, it's just the complete lack of transportation.

Mine showed up yesterday... Although it did get some decent scratches on the rear fender they should buff out. These trucks are way more impressive in person. Check out the redeye parked right behind it....
