Probably IS my truck. 87 days today with no movement or end in sight.
Whatever the realities on the ground may be, from Ram's perspective or Koons', what the customer gets is a total lack of information, which is INFURIATING. Is there something wrong with the truck? Out of gas? Dead battery? Shoved in a corner and nobody ever gets to it? Even if nobody actually knows right this minute what the problem is, the real f-job is that NOBDOY CARES TO FIND OUT. Erica
@Koons_of_Tysons_Corner seems like a very nice person, said she asked her factory rep nearly 2 weeks ago what the issue might be, and as of yesterday, has received no response. As a dealer spending millions of dollars with Ram, how could you accept that? And, since Koons actually has a financial incentive for me to get so upset I walk away from the deal, how hard are they REALLY trying to help me besides sending screen shots of whatever the system happens to say at that moment?
Sorry for the rant, but this is my life right now.
