It does beg a question though, how many bottles do you have open at any one time?I only say what I know....... Cheers my friend.... at least they are almost empty.![]()
There is a wonderful thing about imbibing, whatever gives you pleasure.... wins! Cheers my friend!

Kudos! Well spoken! Especially the Dewars white label and Hankey Bannister kept for lowly guests! Lol! Kidding! I'm positive we would be in for some rare treats if we were ever guests!!!! Cheers! Please don’t poke fun at our buddy’s alcoholism. It’s a disease. Yes, he only shows freshly opened bottles each day. Yes, you could infer that he finishes said bottle that evening. Of course, you could carry that assumption over and presume the display of third class grog in his posted photo of “exclusive” duty free bottles, twelve year old Scotch Whisky blends and Arbelour 12 that he reserves that swill for invited guests. Does he spend an obscene amount of money of whiskey? Maybe. But please..... this is HIS thread and he is our fearless leader so kid gloves at all cost.![]()
@soulsea can you please get this back on track? Maybe some need a refreshment...as to the meaning of the term dram? Seems we have gotten a bit of track recently. Looking forward to the Grandfather getting us all back in line. The dram has helped with the endearing and painful wait for my truck. Enough with the fluff let’s get back to the stuff....
That is much better! Thank you!You are a hundred percent correct ... I have failed and for that there is no excuse.
So yes, back on track we get with an old favorite ...

Haha! A Manhattan is also a small drink of whisky or other spirts!!! 2 oz of rye, 1 oz of red vermouth and a dash of bitters!!! Rather powerful stuff!!!! I also like to see what beers and or wines others are drinking too! Caliches cigar recommendations are a bonus as well!!!@soulsea can you please get this back on track? This response embodies the bespoke class that is our leader. The bottle.... the Glencairn copita..... the wine chiller humming in the background. Welcome to the Ohio Dram faction. You are a hundred percent correct ... I have failed and for that there is no excuse.

oh I wasn't poking, If anything I'm just as guilty of having many open bottles. I like to taste different things, bourbon, scotch, Irish, cognac... many times doing side by sides with friends and family.... So I'll come clean, I counted what I have open across those categories and I have 47 open bottles.. Yes I know, its a problem... But I know many people that say whiskey is whiskey until you do a taste test.. No projection or judgement of our fearless leader implied , Just curious how many bottles people have open at anyone timePlease don’t poke fun at our buddy’s alcoholism. It’s a disease.
