I have a 2023 with the Aux Camera option. I too am looking for the same solution. Is this 3rd break light kit and cable available for order from RAM? Anyone heard of an 3rd party making one? Put me on the list for one also.
these are the settings I know of to change with AlfaOBD@Dgreen thanks man for offering these at great prices. Just DM'd you my paypal address.
Been searching but can't seem to find an answer... If anyone knows, please chime in... I have a 2023 Level 1 with the regular mirror. There is a "mirror dimmer" button in the vehicle settings that also turns on the side mirror dimming. Does the regular mirror mode in the digital mirror have the auto dimming feature? I don't want to lose the side mirror functionality. Thanks in advance.
Thanks so much.these are the settings I know of to change with AlfaOBD

you don't modify your mirror you get a mirror from a newer 2500 or 3500 that has the 2nd inputSlightly off topic but also slightly on topic...do ya'll know any way to modify the digital mirror to accept input from a trailer cam?
Not without physically switching the connection between the two.Slightly off topic but also slightly on topic...do ya'll know any way to modify the digital mirror to accept input from a trailer cam?
OK, that makes sense. So I'd get a dual input digital mirror from an HD RAM, and then run an additional wire from that mirror to the trailer cam? Running wires aside, does that dual input mirror swap in easily? Not without physically switching the connection between the two.
You can use the dual input digital mirror from the HD Rams that has a dedicated tow mode camera input.
the physical swap of the mirror is not hard at all. You will spend more time running the cables(especially if you have the pano sunroof).OK, that makes sense. FYI, my car came with the normal (non-HD) digital rearview from factory. Apologies if my questions are novice.
Thanks, guys.
Basically, yes. For the tow mode camera cable, you have to make sure to use RG58 coax cable, and about 70’ is the max before the image starts to get flaky. So I'd get a dual input digital mirror from an HD RAM, and then run an additional wire from that mirror to the trailer cam?
this might have actually solved my issue with running a bed rack and RTT on it and losing the rearview function because the RTT blocks it. i could route the trailer on at the back of the bed rack and still keep the original rearview for when i dont have the RTT on. brilliant lolyou don't modify your mirror you get a mirror from a newer 2500 or 3500 that has the 2nd input
