Anyone else had very different answers to build status?
Ram Chat said I was in scheduling Friday. I called in to try to check in on the case they created for me awhile back(Nobody reached out) I was told today I'm in the building process, and the information that she was providing actually is coming from factory updates. I also haven't heard from the dealer.
Anyone else had this or similar happen?

I've never had RamChat give me incorrect information (only vague/cryptic information). However there have been accounts of others on the forum getting conflicting information from RamChat.

If you want accurate information have your dealer send you a screenshot of the latest POC.

I reached out to them right after I got off the phone hopefully I will figure out what's actually going on. Seems ramchat is very much outsourced, and just copy and pastes.
